Twin Names - Matching and Not

The thread about twins names had me thinking what my matching names would be.

So make two lists of twins names you would consider using. One matching and one not.

Mine are

Not matching
BB - [name]Luca[/name] [name]Cormac[/name] and [name]Rune[/name] [name]Caelan[/name]
GB - [name]Maeve[/name] [name]Winter[/name] and [name]Rune[/name] [name]Caelan[/name]
GG - Lumi [name]Artemis[/name] and [name]Maeve[/name] [name]Winter[/name]

Matching
BB - [name]Rune[/name] [name]Caelan[/name] and [name]Roan[/name] [name]Cormac[/name]
GB - Lumi [name]Artemis[/name] and [name]Luca[/name] [name]Cormac[/name] or [name]Maeve[/name] [name]Winter[/name] and [name]Ronan[/name] [name]Kai[/name]
GG - Lumi [name]Artemis[/name] and [name]Luna[/name] [name]Evanthe[/name]

What’s yours?

I have to say [name]Rune[/name] is one of my favorite names!

Matching
[name]Oona[/name] [name]Winter[/name] & [name]Opal[/name] [name]June[/name]
[name]Elian[/name] [name]Jude[/name] & [name]Lanie[/name] Saffia
[name]Angus[/name] [name]Sebastien[/name] & [name]Silas[/name] [name]Autry[/name]

[name]Non[/name]-Matching
[name]Clementine[/name] [name]Sabrina[/name] & [name]Snow[/name] [name]Daisy[/name]-[name]Catherine[/name]
[name]Llewellyn[/name] Eekiel [name]Dow[/name] & [name]Clementine[/name] [name]Sabrina[/name]
[name]Llewellyn[/name] [name]Ezekiel[/name] [name]Dow[/name] & [name]Willoughby[/name] [name]Sebastien[/name]

Matching
BG - [name]Emrys[/name] & [name]Eira[/name]
GG - [name]Eira[/name] & Elowen
BB - My example in the other post is [name]Emrys[/name] & [name]Idris[/name], but I couldn’t do that even hypothetically. [name]Idris[/name] & [name]Ianto[/name] would be a slightly more likely set.

[name]Non[/name]-Matching
BG - [name]Gwyneira[/name] & [name]Emrys[/name]
GG - [name]Gwyneira[/name] & Elowen
BB - [name]Emrys[/name] & [name]Ianto[/name]

I have to say, even though I’m not terribly likely to use matchy names [name]EVER[/name], I’d find it easier to do so with a boy-girl set than a bb or gg set. Which probably isn’t fair and brings up a host of gender identity issues, but at least as children they’d be slightly less likely to be lumped together in the first place than matchy same-sex twins. I saw someone on another website giving the advice that if they are fraternal they should have different sounding names and if they are identical they should have matchy names – I would be inclined to do completely the opposite, if anything.
