B/G:
[name]Jasper[/name] Aloysious and [name]Aurelia[/name] [name]Rosaline[/name]
family names that i love love [name]LOVE[/name] together
G/G:
[name]Vesper[/name] [name]Antonia[/name] and [name]Lux[/name] [name]Aurelia[/name]
Latin names meaning [name]Evening[/name] and [name]Light[/name]
B/B:
[name]Casper[/name] Aloysious and [name]Elliot[/name] [name]Leopold[/name]
i just like um
Two boys: [name]Phineas[/name] [name]Jack[/name] [name]Orlando[/name] and [name]Ozias[/name] [name]Gage[/name] [name]Dimitri[/name] (Nicknames Finny and [name]Ozzie[/name]!)
Boy/girl: [name]Phineas[/name] [name]Jack[/name] [name]Orlando[/name] and [name]Waverly[/name] [name]Anastasia[/name] [name]Clair[/name] (Finny and Waves)
Two girls: [name]Savanna[/name] [name]Joy[/name] [name]Arcadia[/name] and [name]Genevieve[/name] [name]Calliope[/name] [name]Sage[/name] (Savvy and [name]Genna[/name])
The only preference I have with twin names is that they have the same number of syllables. I think it evens the pair out very nicely. (Not that I would automatically discard any sets that disregard this). I actually don’t mind twins with the same letter, even identical twins. [name]One[/name] of my other favorite pairs for girls is [name]Hadley[/name] and [name]Haven[/name]. But at the same time, I think if they start with the same letter, they should end differently, and vice versa. No [name]Emma[/name] and [name]Ella[/name] for me. Plus there are other really matchy ones I dislike. I’m not big on themes or anything, just the whole syllable thing really bugs me.
We have set up our own matchy matchy ness. LOL As you can see both of our boy’s names end in ah and unfortunately the names I like do the same thing. Oh well. My very good friend has twins b/b and they end with the same letter but the names are somewhat different. I like them.
b/b: [name]Asa[/name] [name]Malachi[/name] and [name]Noah[/name] [name]Sebastien[/name]
b/g: [name]Ramona[/name] [name]Eloise[/name] and [name]Asa[/name] [name]Malachi[/name] or [name]Althea[/name] [name]Willow[/name] and [name]Noah[/name] [name]Sebastien[/name]
g/g: [name]Ramona[/name] [name]Eloise[/name] and [name]Althea[/name] [name]Willow[/name]
I’m not absolutely set on the boys names other than [name]Malachi[/name] and I have a list of 16 different girls names and these two are just the ones I love right now.
I usually dislike twin names that start with the same letter, but I was looking over my list and thought [name]Evander[/name] and Escher might be nice… not only do they start with the same letter, though, they end in the same sound. Still, I can’t help but like them together.
Girl/boy would be something like [name]Evander[/name] and [name]Valeriana[/name], girl/girl would be something like [name]Jasmina[/name] and [name]Sapphira[/name], both very feminine and similar, but not too close. I like repeating letters and sounds, regardless of twins. Stuff like [name]William[/name] and [name]Willow[/name] kills me though.
G/g [name]Lucia[/name] and [name]Lior[/name] - share a light meaning or [name]Zoe[/name] and [name]Eve[/name]- share a life meaning
B/b- [name]Isaac[/name] and [name]Asher[/name]- laughter and happiness. [name]How[/name] amazing is that?
B/g- [name]Noemi[/name] and [name]Isaac[/name]- delight and laughter. [name]Love[/name] it!
Matchy matchy twin names- I’m a bit of a sucker for them.
g/g [name]Zoe[/name] and [name]Zara[/name].
B/g- [name]Zoe[/name] and [name]Zachary[/name].
B/B: [name]Emrys[/name] and [name]Azriel[/name] or [name]Kieran[/name] and [name]Julian[/name]
B/G: Not sure. Maybe [name]Westley[/name] and [name]Coraline[/name], or I’d just copy [name]Shakespeare[/name] and use [name]Viola[/name] and [name]Sebastian[/name]; I love both names!
G/G: [name]Ismay[/name] and [name]Beatrix[/name] or [name]Aya[/name] and [name]Leora[/name]
Matchy:
[name]Oriana[/name] and [name]Orlando[/name]
[name]Felix[/name] and [name]Beatrix[/name]
I don’t really like ‘matchy’ names as in the same first letter. I happen to like [name]Mary[/name] [name]Eleanore[/name] and [name]Michael[/name] [name]James[/name] together just because if I had a [name]Mary[/name] [name]Eleanore[/name] she would most likely go as [name]Eleanore[/name] in life. But I do like a similar amount of letters or syllables so that they’ll flow together nicely.
[name]Asher[/name] [name]Maxwell[/name] and [name]Bennett[/name] [name]Quincy[/name]
[name]Monet[/name] [name]Josephine[/name] and [name]Sonnet[/name] [name]Rose[/name]
[name]Caoimhe[/name] [name]Siobhan[/name] and [name]Finn[/name] [name]River[/name]
Matchy
[name]Madden[/name] and [name]Maxen[/name]
[name]Monroe[/name] and [name]Monet[/name]
[name]Lewis[/name] and [name]Louisa[/name]
G/G: [name]Zoe[/name] [name]Theophania[/name] and [name]Eve[/name] [name]Christiana[/name] ([name]Zoe[/name] and [name]Eve[/name] both mean life)
B/G: [name]Alexander[/name] [name]Crispin[/name] and [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Ophelia[/name] (Same number of letters, and both “Greats”)
B/B: [name]William[/name] [name]Balthazar[/name] and [name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Casper[/name] ([name]Balthazar[/name] and [name]Casper[/name] are traditional names for two of the Three Wise Men)
Of course, after this baby is born, either the B/G or B/B combo would have to change, so if I had twins in the future and either Catherine or William was already used, my alternate choices would probably be Alexander Crispin/Elizabeth Morgana (same number of letters) and Alexander Crispin/Benjamin Lazarus (a “z” sound in one name).
@geek I love your boy/girl twin names [name]Westley[/name] and [name]Coraline[/name]! I love The [name]Princess[/name] [name]Bride[/name] and [name]Coraline[/name]!
I am not sure what I would use for twin names. It is hard enough to think up one boy name and one girl name that I know I will love the rest of my life.
If I had two girl twins, I would love to use the names [name]Yvaine[/name] and Ygritte in the middles.
Twins are the dream, but deciding on 2 names is hard!
Boy girl: [name]Aria[/name] and [name]James[/name]
Boy boy: [name]James[/name] and [name]Jordan[/name] (no same letter intention here I just like the two names
[name]Dominic[/name] and [name]James[/name]
[name]Benji[/name] and [name]Evan[/name]
Girl girl: so many choices here
[name]Aria[/name] and [name]Melody[/name] (musical theme)
[name]Lily[/name] and [name]Daisy[/name]
[name]Emilia[/name] and [name]Daisy[/name]
[name]Eva[/name] and [name]Juliet[/name]
With middle name ‘[name]Jeanette[/name]’ after my grandmother for one of the girls
I only started liking [name]Daisy[/name] recently. My mother always wanted to call one of our dogs or cats daisy. Or my sister if she’d had her way!
I’m really picky with sibset and twin names. Twin names can start with the same letter, but I prefer that the names aren’t very matchy. However, I hate when twins names are completely different styles.
(ie. [name]Arthur[/name] & [name]Nevaeh[/name])
