I wouldn’t say they are too similar, but I also probably wouldn’t use them together, even for children who weren’t twins.

They’re too similar for my personal taste, but I don’t think they’re similar enough to constantly get confused with each other or anything. Maybe use one as a first name and one as a middle?
I do not think [name_f]Vera[/name_f] and [name_f]Cora[/name_f] are too close for sibling names. I can distinctly hear the difference in the names.
