[name_u]Drew[/name_u] seems to masculine to be successfully unisex for me and Rayyan would invite a lifetime of spelling issues.
My favourite combos are [name_f]Octavia[/name_f] and [name_u]Alexis[/name_u], [name_f]Ava[/name_f] and [name_u]Alexis[/name_u] and [name_f]Ava[/name_f] and [name_u]Marley[/name_u]. 
I like [name_u]Alexis[/name_u], [name_f]Ava[/name_f] and [name_f]Octavia[/name_f] from your list.

Is Rayyan like the Arabic [name_m]Rayan[/name_m] (ray-ahn) or more like [name_u]Rae[/name_u]-[name_f]Anne[/name_f]? The double y is confusing, so I advise against that. Though it does come up as a state in Qatar? I don’t know, it doesn’t seem to fit with your others.
I like [name_f]Octavia[/name_f] & [name_u]Alexis[/name_u], and [name_f]Ava[/name_f] & [name_u]Drew[/name_u] together.
I like [name_f]Ava[/name_f] & [name_u]Alexis[/name_u]. [name_f]Octavia[/name_f] feels like a lot of name to handle, maybe a little too severe.

For g/g twins I’m REALLY loving [name_f]Ava[/name_f] and [name_u]Alexis[/name_u] or [name_f]Octavia[/name_f] and [name_u]Alexis[/name_u]…[name_u]Alexis[/name_u] would probably go by [name_u]Lexi[/name_u]!!
But [name_m]Ive[/name_m] just found out there are these YouTube twins called [name_f]Ava[/name_f] and alexis?! Does it matter???
