My wife & I are due with twins in [name]August[/name] and we are not going to find out the gender(s). My question is not: [name]Do[/name] you think we’re crazy for not finding out (given the consensus of our family - we most certainly are) but what you think of our name combinations. We are considering the following two sets of pairs for each gender. I would be so very grateful for your time in picking the favorite for each gender combo.

[name]Lila[/name] & [name]Thea[/name] (simple, vintage and sweet. [name]Linnea[/name] may cause pronunciation issues)

for boy/girl I love [name]Lila[/name] & [name]Theo[/name]! [name]Lila[/name] is one of my ultimate favourite names and [name]Theo[/name] goes so well with it!
For two girls, while I looove [name]Lila[/name] I don’t like [name]Thea[/name] with it, so I like [name]Linnea[/name] & [name]Cora[/name] (both really beautiful and classy)
Congratulations! I think it’s fun to wait to find out the genders of your babies. I would have liked to do so (although I was on the fence at the time) but DH desperately wanted to know as soon as possible.

In fact, for twins, I think it’s a nice symmetry if they both have names with the same number of syllables, so I would do [name]Theo[/name] & [name]Henry[/name] or [name]Theodore[/name] & [name]Harrison[/name]
BOY/GIRL: [name]Theo[/name]/[name]Lila[/name] -[name]Theo[/name] & [name]Lila[/name] are so cute together. I, again, would prefer [name]Theodore[/name], but that breaks the symmetry of the number of syllables.

[name]Linnea[/name]/[name]Cora[/name] -hmmm I love [name]Cora[/name], but not [name]Linnea[/name]. Could you do [name]Cora[/name] and [name]Lila[/name]? That would make a lovely duo imo.

Contrary to what many people are saying, I don’t think [name]Linnea[/name] would face that many pronunciation problems. My friend’s name is [name]Linnea[/name] and she very rarely has problems. It’s really not that uncommon. [name]Cora[/name] is an all time favorite of mine. [name]Cora[/name] and [name]Thea[/name] would be lovely together. It seems you like the sound of this name, since you have [name]Theo[/name] on your boys’ list.
