Twin A: she has dark brown hair and blue eyes. She is outgoing and bubbly.
I’ve been thinking of [name_u]Everly[/name_u], [name_u]Kari[/name_u], [name_f]Natalie[/name_f] and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u].
Twin B: she has light brown hair and blue eyes. She is shy and sensitive.
I’ve been thinking of [name_u]London[/name_u], [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and [name_f]Elise[/name_f].

I would do [name_u]Everly[/name_u] and [name_f]Elise[/name_f]. For fictional twins it doesn’t matter if they have matching initials (in fact, it seems realistic and links two quite-different names). And I like that the styles are completely different, to match the girls’ characters.
