I just found out I am pregnant with twins. A total shock! I never, ever expected twins. So…as to names, I am wondering what is a good way to go about researching good twin names?
Any tips?
I know, as with any siblings, you sometimes want a good “set” that sounds good together. Our DS is a redhead named [name]Connor[/name]. DH and I are both redheads as well. So, I guess I am looking for names that are good for more little Irish redheads!
Until we find out the sex of the babies, I guess I need to try and come up with two boys and two girls names?
I like [name]Liam[/name] and [name]Finn[/name] a lot.
[name]How[/name] do you pronounce [name]Maeve[/name]? I like the look of it…[name]Caoimhe[/name] too…looks very beautiful but not sure if people will pronounce it correctly. Maybe t can be a middle name.
[name]Flannery[/name] and [name]Rowen[/name] both mean “red haired.” Opinions may vary, but technically they are both unisex names. [name]Rory[/name] is a good Irish “red” name too.
You could go botanical ([name]Rosalind[/name] & [name]Rowan[/name]); Irish ([name]Rory[/name] & [name]Flanagan[/name]); modern ([name]Sienna[/name] & [name]Ross[/name]); literary ([name]Rousseau[/name] & [name]Radcliffe[/name])…
I prounounce [name]Maeve[/name] like [name]May[/name]-veh,. Basically [name]May[/name] with the ve sound on teh end, only not the e sound pronounced. [name]Caoimhe[/name] can also be spelled [name]Keeva[/name], easier to pronounce then. [name]Delaney[/name] [name]Keeva[/name]?
