Some of these names are so beautiful! I love your taste in names.
[name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] - a very beautiful, sophisticated, and balanced name.
[name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] - sounds sweet and graceful
[name_m]Lael[/name_m] [name_f]Marguerite[/name_f] - an elegant name, but [name_f]Marguerite[/name_f] might be a bit “much” for a first with [name_m]Lael[/name_m]
[name_m]Lael[/name_m] [name_f]Josephina[/name_f] - also elegant, and a surprising twist on [name_f]Josephine[/name_f]
[name_m]Lael[/name_m] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] - the sounds flow well
[name_f]Hadassah[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f] - very beautiful and evocative, has a timeless feel.
[name_f]Talitha[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f] - sounds pretty and elegant
[name_f]Selah[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] - classic and sophisticated
[name_f]Selah[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] - wearable and clean
[name_f]Selah[/name_f] [name_f]Marguerite[/name_f] - pretty sounding, but I’d almost lean towards using [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] with [name_f]Selah[/name_f] instead.
Favourites in order:
- [name_f]Hadassah[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f]
- [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f]
- [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]
- [name_f]Talitha[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f]
- [name_f]Selah[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]
- [name_m]Lael[/name_m] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]
- [name_f]Selah[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]
- [name_m]Lael[/name_m] [name_f]Marguerite[/name_f]
- [name_m]Lael[/name_m] [name_f]Josephina[/name_f]
- [name_f]Selah[/name_f] [name_f]Marguerite[/name_f] (though if it were [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] I’d move it up a few spots)
[name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] [name_f]Catherina[/name_f] - the vowels in both names flow in similar ways, so it lilts in an exaggerated way I don’t find appealing.
[name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] [name_f]Alice[/name_f] - I find [name_f]Alice[/name_f] to sound curt and prissy against the flowing and unusual [name_f]Magdalena[/name_f]
[name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] - the repeated ‘g’ sound doesn’t flow as prettily as the other combos.
[name_m]Lael[/name_m] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] - [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] doesn’t seem compliment [name_m]Lael[/name_m] in style or sound enough for me.
[name_m]Lael[/name_m] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] - I like the way it sounds, but said aloud [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] seems to diminish [name_m]Lael[/name_m]'s subtlety, can’t explain why.
[name_f]Hadassah[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] - [name_f]Joy[/name_f] seems to erupt from the soft sounds [name_f]Hadassah[/name_f] in too abrupt a way for my taste, but it’s certainly pretty overall.
[name_f]Hadassah[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] - I like this, but again there is a lot lilt, with all the 'a’s.
[name_f]Hadassah[/name_f] [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] - there is something about this that feels slightly severe.
[name_f]Hadassah[/name_f] [name_f]Alice[/name_f] - [name_f]Alice[/name_f] slurs into [name_f]Hadassah[/name_f].
[name_f]Hadassah[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] - too much ‘s’
[name_f]Talitha[/name_f] [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] - I simply dislike the sounds of the names together.
[name_f]Talitha[/name_f] [name_f]Marguerite[/name_f] - it’s very pretty, just not one of my personal favourites.
[name_f]Talitha[/name_f] [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] - it’s pretty, but it doesn’t roll of my tongue very well because of the repeated sounds.
[name_f]Talitha[/name_f] [name_f]Alice[/name_f] - [name_f]Talitha[/name_f] and [name_f]Alice[/name_f] are too different in style for me to like as a combo.
[name_f]Selah[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] - I like it, it’s very wearable, but it doesn’t inspire me as much as some of the other beautiful names on your list.
[name_f]Selah[/name_f] [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] - I like it, just not a favourite.
[name_f]Zipporah[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] - this one would come in at the number 12 spot when selecting my favourites
[name_f]Zipporah[/name_f] [name_f]Anne[/name_f] - doesn’t flow off my tongue very well
[name_f]Zipporah[/name_f] [name_f]Mary[/name_f] - this one would come in at the number 11 spot when selecting my favourites.
[name_f]Zipporah[/name_f] [name_f]Marguerite[/name_f] - I don’t care for the way this flows or sounds
[name_f]Zipporah[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] - too different in style, and the ‘ah’ and ‘au’ run into each other.
