So our dd is [name]Elena[/name] [name]Rose[/name], and we are 37 weeks pregnant with [name]Felicity[/name] [name]Iris[/name] [name]Ruth[/name]… we like to think ahead - if we have a third girl someday, we want her first name to start with a G. (I’m [name]Carol[/name], husband [name]David[/name], daughters [name]Elena[/name] & [name]Felicity[/name], you get the picture)
Trouble is, there are no G girl names as of yet that we both love. The closest thing we both really like is [name]Giuliana[/name], but I don’t want a name that ends in an a again as it is too much like [name]Elena[/name]. (I also don’t want a name that ends in y because of [name]Felicity[/name]) Changing the name to Giulianne is the best thing we both like, we love the sound of it, but I hate to saddle a girl with such a complex spelling when it could just be [name]Julianne[/name] except for our desire to continue our alphabet theme.
So… do you folks have any other beautiful G names for girls? Growing up, I always wanted to name a daughter [name]Genevieve[/name], but my husband just won’t budge on that one, he doesn’t like it.
Any ideas are appreciated, the more unique the better!
[name]Gwyneira[/name]
[name]Giordana[/name]
[name]Giselle[/name]
[name]Gillian[/name] - I think it looks prettier than [name]Jillian[/name] and I say that as a J name myself.
[name]Graziela[/name]
[name]Georgiana[/name] - I prefer the old-time jor-jah-na to the 4 syllable version. I think it’s the prettiest of the [name]George[/name]- feminine variants.
I love [name]Gia[/name] and [name]Giselle[/name]. With [name]Gia[/name] you would need a long 2nd name I think. Like [name]Gia[/name] [name]Isabelle[/name] or [name]Gia[/name] [name]Mathilda[/name] xx
