I have two sons, zido and zephyr and I’m preg with baby #3! [name_m]Don[/name_m]'t know the gender yet but I need help with a name! I wanna keep up with the z theme if it is another boy but if it’s a girl i don’t want to. Please help!

I love the idea of a girls name with a z in it. Also, would it be lame if it was a boy and his name didn’t start with a z? I feel like it wouldn’t go but what is everyone’s opinion on it.

I think it is fine to switch letters after 2 kids. If it was already 3 with the same letter I would keep going though.
I know 2 brothers with z names and if they had another they were also hoing to continue Z trend if it was a boy and had an A name picked for a girl. Makes sense.
[name_f]My[/name_f] daughters both have M names and if we have another girl we will probably pick a new letter. As someone said, after 2 it’s fine to change it, it would seem odd to switch after 3 or more of the same letter though. If you ever have a 4th child, you could use the same letter as baby #3 But maybe you could even use a boy name with a z in it, like [name_m]Ezra[/name_m]? Also, [name_u]Zola[/name_u] would work nicely if you do want to continue with z
I’m actually really liking [name_f]Zillah[/name_f]. Sounds cool. But I really wanna steer away from the zs if it’s a girl.
[name_m]How[/name_m] about Zaius for a boy? [name_f]Lola[/name_f] isn’t that unusual for a girl, so if you want something distinctive I’d keep looking.

I do like [name_u]Zion[/name_u], but I think it sounds kinda close to Zido. Probably not too close to use, but maybe close enough that you might want to consider other choices first. [name_f]Lola[/name_f] seems a little too “normal” next to the boys choices, and [name_u]Sasha[/name_u] and [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] seem a little too boyish (unless you wouldn’t mind if people couldn’t tell from just seeing your kids’ names whether you had three boys or two boys and a girl).

[name_m]Zane[/name_m] is getting pretty common… I know at least three kids named [name_m]Zane[/name_m] (or some variant spelling) under the age of two. One of them has a twin named [name_u]Zion[/name_u], but I do like [name_u]Zion[/name_u]. [name_m]Zeppelin[/name_m] is a little too out there for my taste and I would think you were a huge fan of the band Led [name_m]Zeppelin[/name_m], it does have a cool sound though. I really like the suggestion of [name_m]Zeke[/name_m].

I think [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] would be cool to tie in with your two boys’ names but not match too much. [name_u]Ezri[/name_u] is also very cute.

Omg I forgot I love [name_u]Ezri[/name_u]! That was on my name list when I was preg before. I also just saw [name_f]Lux[/name_f] an thought it was pretty cool. I’ve never met anyone named lola so I thought it was a little different. Also one of my sons middle names is Azekiel so I can’t do [name_m]Zeke[/name_m]. I do really love that name tho
