Other names that are not typically unisex anymore, but not frilly:
[name_f]Brynn[/name_f]
[name_f]Mallory[/name_f]
[name_f]Margo[/name_f]
[name_f]Mara[/name_f]
[name_f]Maren[/name_f]

[name_f]Helen[/name_f]
[name_f]Willa[/name_f]
[name_f]Petra[/name_f]

[name_f]Maeve[/name_f]
[name_u]Blaire[/name_u]
[name_u]Blaise[/name_u]
I like your suggestion of [name_f]Thea[/name_f] too!
[name_u]Rylan[/name_u] - This isn’t really my style, it sounds a bit more masculine than I care for in a girls’ name (but I could totally see it being used on a girl). I think if your only concern is popularity I wouldn’t worry so much about that, because it actually seems a little less common to me than the other two on your list (you can always check the stats in your area to check rankings over the past few years, too–I find sometimes those are very different than how popular I thought a name was).
[name_u]Elliott[/name_u] - I think this is cute on a boy or a girl–I have a [name_m]French[/name_m] feminine version [name_f]Eliette[/name_f], on my list. I guess I pronounce them slightly differently (with more emphasis on the “ette” ending for [name_f]Eliette[/name_f]), but I think they’re basically the same name, and this could be a way to make [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] into a traditionally feminine name. That said, some people have strong opinions against using (traditionally) boys’ names on girls, but it hasn’t stopped A LOT of people from doing it!
[name_f]Thea[/name_f] - Too bad your husband doesn’t like it more, I think it’s a great name. Another idea, [name_f]Theadora[/name_f] with the nickname [name_u]Theo[/name_u] (if you want something more boyish/unisex but also a feminine full name). Other somewhat similar names: [name_f]Thelma[/name_f], [name_f]Talia[/name_f], [name_f]Tia[/name_f].
I personally prefer feminine girls names, but [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] is one I’ve always loved, and it has the nickname [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] which is super girly. I think [name_u]Rylan[/name_u] is too masculine, and [name_f]Thea[/name_f] doesn’t sound unisex at all to me, it sounds completely feminine.
My two favourite “boys” names for girls are [name_u]Spencer[/name_u] and [name_u]Elliot[/name_u].
I think most unisex names work because they are surnames, ie. [name_u]Ainsley[/name_u], [name_u]Lennox[/name_u], [name_u]Hunter[/name_u], [name_u]Taylor[/name_u], [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u], [name_u]Finlay[/name_u], [name_u]Teagan[/name_u]. Others that you could try would be [name_u]Blake[/name_u] or [name_u]Blair[/name_u].
I actually quite like [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] on a girl. Generally speaking I don’t like (traditionally) masculine name for girls, but I have encountered quite a few girls with “no frills” type names that I have found to be very pleasant.
A few that I have seen in action and have worked very well:
[name_f]Brynn[/name_f] (actually one of my favorites)
[name_u]Reagan[/name_u]
[name_u]Kennedy[/name_u]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] (I think most people think of this as a girls name, but I have seen it one boys as well)
[name_u]Teagan[/name_u]
First of all, I would like to say that I love unisex names! Names that are equally appropriate for either gender make up the majority of my list of favorites, so hopefully my input will be useful to you!
I prefer [name_u]Ryan[/name_u] or [name_u]Riley[/name_u] to [name_u]Rylan[/name_u]. I know it’s a real name, but to me it will forever sound made up.
[name_u]Elliott[/name_u] is wonderful! It’s one of the most delicate names out there that is traditionally a boys’ name, so I am amazed that it hasn’t fully caught on for girls yet.
[name_f]Thea[/name_f] is lovely. Of course, it’s not really unisex ([name_u]Theo[/name_u] is!), but it’s certainly not an overly feminine name either.
I personally prefer true unisex names (such as word/place/surname names or other uncommon names) to boys’ names used for girls, so most of my suggestions will come from that category, but I’ll try to give you a healthy variety.

[name_u]Gale[/name_u] (easily the most masculine spelling of [name_f]Gail[/name_f], also a word for a strong gust of wind)
[name_u]Galen[/name_u] (if [name_u]Gale[/name_u] is still too feminine for you)
