Unusual but easy to pronounce Irish names

Choosing between Conri, [name_u]Bran[/name_u] and [name_m]Oran[/name_m]
I am concerned the “an” sound is too on trend and will age poorly
Conri is probably my favourite but I’ve had mixed reactions, people say it sounds like a made up name or a surname more than a first name
Thoughts?

I’ve never heard of Conri before but i really like it!

If Conri is pronounced as it’s spelled, I’m actually thinking it’d be mistaken for [name_u]Cory[/name_u] when saying it out loud.
I think the -an ending is just fine, there’s way too many names to veto a simple ending like that.
[name_u]Bran[/name_u] is lovely, and I’m sure after Game of Thrones is also nicely recognizable :joy:
I vote [name_m]Oran[/name_m]! It’s spunky, uncommon but familiar.

Bran is my favorite. I love the look and sound. I also personally like the Game of Thrones association. I like [name_m]Oran[/name_m] a lot too, it’s very handsome. I’ve never heard of Conri before. It’s nice, I just prefer your other two names!

Not a big fan of [name_m]Oran[/name_m], but I can get behind [name_u]Bran[/name_u] for sure! I have never seen Conri before, but I love it. [name_u]Conner[/name_u] isn’t really my style, but I really like the sound of Conri.

[name_u]Declan[/name_u] is sort of a trendy name, but not yet mainstream. I really like [name_m]Seamus[/name_m]/Shamus and [name_u]Fionn[/name_u] as well. [name_u]Strong[/name_u] Irish special boys :muscle:

Forgot to respond to the question: Conri deffo.

I love [name_u]Bran[/name_u]! Conri and Iran both seem a little unfinished to me.
