Unusual first name for first child?

Zido [name]Isaiah[/name] is my first child and planning for more. Kind of screwed myself by naming my first child something different but i would not change it for the world![name]Just[/name] need some help on deciding names! Girl names are kind of harder for me to choose but I found 2 that I love. Middle names are another issue :frowning: help!!

Boy:
[name]Zephyr[/name] [name]Eben[/name]
[name]Zane[/name] [name]Alonzo[/name]

Girl:
Zaylee
[name]Zea[/name]

I really like the name [name]Zane[/name], but I don’t think that you necessarily need to feel pressured into using another Z name unless you really want to.

What about [name]Eben[/name] [name]Zephyr[/name]? that’s lovely!

I’m not super fond of either of your girl choices. I know a [name]Xia[/name] (Z’eye’-uh).
I love [name]Zara[/name] though.

[name]Zane[/name] [name]Alonzo[/name] i prefer over [name]Zephyr[/name] [name]Eben[/name]. As for the girls name, have you considered [name]Zola[/name], Zenith, [name]Zara[/name], [name]Zora[/name] or [name]Zinnia[/name]? For a middle name, since your first born has the middle name of [name]Isaiah[/name], how about picking another top 100 biblical name as a way to ground the first name? Like perhaps, [name]Sarah[/name], [name]Madeleine[/name], clare or even [name]Rose[/name] or [name]Colette[/name]?

I personally like [name]Zea[/name] [name]Clare[/name], [name]Zoe[/name] [name]Clare[/name], [name]Zola[/name] [name]Rose[/name], [name]Zoe[/name] [name]Madeleine[/name] and [name]Zara[/name] [name]Madeleine[/name].

Another boys name you might like is [name]Zander[/name] or even Zecharius and [name]Zeke[/name]. I think Zecharius [name]Henry[/name] sounds nice as does [name]Zane[/name] [name]Oliver[/name] and [name]Zander[/name] [name]Charles[/name].

[name]Zea[/name] [name]Patience[/name]
[name]Zea[/name] [name]Ruth[/name]
[name]Zea[/name] [name]Vivienne[/name]
[name]Zea[/name] [name]Lily[/name]

[name]How[/name] about [name]Zooey[/name] for a girl? I like [name]Zane[/name]! Also, perhaps [name]Azalea[/name] for a girl?

I like [name]Zane[/name] for your boy and both girl names are ok. I actually know a [name]Zia[/name], too. I really like that one! Easy to pronounce, but not heard everywhere.

What do you think of Zaia? It’s what I thought of when I saw your son’s name! From your choices, I think [name]Zea[/name] is pretty. I would pair it with:
[name]Zea[/name] / Zaia [name]Miriam[/name]
[name]Zea[/name] / Zaia [name]Ruth[/name]
[name]Zea[/name] / Zaia [name]Naomi[/name]
[name]Zea[/name] / Zaia [name]Isabel[/name] (It has the same initials as your son and it repeats the “z” sound with your son too. It might not be your thing, but I think it’s cute.)

From your boy choices, I like [name]Zane[/name] [name]Alonzo[/name] and I like how it repeats the “z” sound just like Zido [name]Isaiah[/name] does.

Unless you feel strongly about the Z theme I’d try to skip it, it feels like you are making it unnecessarily difficult on yourself to find an equally cool and out of the box name.

I think Quimbee [name]Rebekah[/name] could be cute for a girl - if you are open to alternative spellings and the like.
I also like [name]Yarrow[/name] or [name]Yuma[/name] for a boy. [name]Yarrow[/name] [name]Zane[/name] or [name]Yuma[/name] [name]Mikhail[/name] would be fun.
I also like names like [name]Echo[/name], [name]Cyan[/name], or Plume. Not saying you have to like any of these, I just wanted to point out the possibilities should you veer from the Z’s.
