Has a nice sound to it!

Agreeing that [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f]Rae[/name_f] makes a great name
I think it’s a very sweet name
It’s definitely spunky, but it’s a bit too stylised and possibly a little harsh together for me; [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] and [name_f]Rae[/name_f] are both such strong names so they almost compete to me. Maybe it’s also a little young sounding.
I prefer: Ruby-Ann, Ruby-Kate, Ruby-May, Ruby-Jane, Ruby-Faye or Ruby-Claire for the mix of bold and soft.
With [name_f]Rae[/name_f], I like Ella-Rae, Isla-Rae, Lily-Rae, Hannah-Rae, or Gracie-Rae.
But take or leave, of course!
I think it could work - unless it’s super rhymey with [name_f]Ruby[/name_f]
So something like [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f]Rae[/name_f] [name_f]Cassidy[/name_f], [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f]Rae[/name_f] [name_f]Katy[/name_f], [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f]Rae[/name_f] [name_m]Donnelly[/name_m], [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f]Rae[/name_f] [name_f]Kelly[/name_f] etc, would work to me, but [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f]Rae[/name_f] [name_m]Dooley[/name_m], [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f]Darby[/name_f], [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f]Rae[/name_f] [name_f]Rooney[/name_f], etc might be a bit much
[name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f]Rae[/name_f] is such a sweet, playful name!
I think it’s adorable!
[name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f]Rae[/name_f] is so spunky and sweet, I love it!
[name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f]Rae[/name_f] is absolutely precious
What about [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f]Rae[/name_f] [name_f]Hannah[/name_f]. With [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] as a middle name. I just love ith because of the alliteration and meaning to be - [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] was my dads birthstone and my favourite colour plus cute nicknames. [name_f]Rae[/name_f] just because of the sound. [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] is for [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] [name_m]Montana[/name_m] my favourite show as a kid - kind of hoping my child would watch it.
I think [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] [name_f]Rae[/name_f] is sweet

I would probably go Ruby Hannah, Ruby Rae or Ruby Rhianna or another longer “Anna” name (eg Ruby Rosanna) than Ruby Rae Hannah…but it all depends on flow to last name.
I’m not a huge fan of double-barreled first names without hyphens - your child will almost always only get called [name_f]Ruby[/name_f] on first glance of the written name unless you write it Ruby-Rae (a girl in my class had this issue with the name [name_f]Mary[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f], everyone assumed [name_f]Claire[/name_f] was one of her middle names).
As for the name, I personally don’t love it, but mostly because I don’t love the southern US American-style of name and Ruby-Rae gives me that vibe. As far as double-barreled names go though, I do love [name_f]Rae[/name_f] as the second name.
Moral of the story though is that everyone will have an opinion and this isn’t my personal style but if you love it, go for it!
