Using a name I really love, good or bad idea?

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] all,

I am currently writing a short children’s story. It’s about a little girl who becomes best friends with the moon. [name_m]Even[/name_m] though she has quite a few friends, she still feels lonely at times. One night she is looking up to the sky and swears she saw the moon crying! She then decides to built a zeppelin that will take her all the way up to the moon. At the end of the story, she and the moon become best of friends, and all is well.

At the moment, her name is [name_f]Cora[/name_f]. But the problem is, I really love this name, and it’s on my short list…So when I hopefully one day have a daughter, I will probably consider this name for her (It’s not my top name, but it’s still in my top 5). [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think I should change the name, and only use names that I wouldn’t consider in real life? If so, what name would you suggest? Down below I will put some drawings that I really enjoy, and fit the aesthetic/vibe/imaginary I going for with this story.

i’d say use the name you love! maybe it’ll make you love it even more! you could also call her Coralie (cora-leigh) for something a tad bit different

use the name you love !! I wouldn’t find it odd to also name your child this
