[name_f]Ivanna[/name_f]
[name_f]Ivanka[/name_f]
[name_u]Everly[/name_u]
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u]
Evalia (idk if this is a name, but it has a nice sound)
[name_f]Olivine[/name_f]
[name_f]Valencia[/name_f]
[name_f]Viva[/name_f]
[name_u]Vida[/name_u]

These have been really well covered, there are more I’m sure, but you asked about similar sounds which I’ll add some perspective on:

V and F are very similar. They are made with the same motion of the mouth just for V you have a hum, for F there is no hum.
V and B are pretty similar. They are made with similar motions of the mouth and you have humming for both, just for b the sound is stopped (and the mouth position is slightly different). You can actually see this in language - a lot of names from Hebrew that used a V got turned into a B in English - [name_f]Avigail[/name_f] to [name_f]Abigail[/name_f], [name_f]Devora[/name_f] to [name_f]Deborah[/name_f], [name_f]Rivka[/name_f] to [name_f]Rebecca[/name_f], etc.

I don’t really know that any B names actually feel that similar to V names in the beginning, maybe some that have a B in the middle, like [name_f]Tabitha[/name_f], because the soft TH sort of nods to the softness of V. Actually with a B in the middle I think the B + Th combo in [name_f]Bethany[/name_f] does something similar.

With F I think it’s a little easier to come up with a few. [name_f]Farrah[/name_f] has always reminded me in a nice way of [name_f]Vera[/name_f], [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] sort of has a similar feel to [name_f]Verity[/name_f] for me, [name_f]Fern[/name_f] could nod to ivy, [name_f]Fabienne[/name_f] to [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f], [name_f]Florence[/name_f] to perhaps a little to [name_f]Veronique[/name_f], etc. F names just in general I think have a sort of similar appeal to V names.
