Valentine nn Leni

Have always liked the name [name_m]Valentine[/name_m] since we found out we were pregnant with our first on Valentine’s Day…
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Leni[/name_f] fits with our nn style and feel the thing that puts me off [name_m]Valentine[/name_m] is the nn [name_m]Val[/name_m]!
[name_f][/name_f]How do you guys feel about this
[name_f][/name_f]To go with sisters Pomel1ne and Seraph1na

Great names. Best wishes

Does it rhyme with Pomel1ne? I haven’t heard that name pronounced.

Oh my gosh this is so swoon worthy absolutely love [name_m]Valentine[/name_m] with the nickname [name_f]Leni[/name_f]. [name_m]Valentine[/name_m] would be gorgeous with your kiddos as well.

I like it! I’m not usually a fan of the name [name_m]Valentine[/name_m], but I think it fits really nicely with sister’s names and the nickname [name_f]Leni[/name_f] with it is so cute!

I love [name_m]Valentine[/name_m] nn Leni!!

[name_m]Valentine[/name_m] ‘Leni’ is charming [name_f][/name_f]- I love it!

I was thinking Of [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] originally but that rhymes with [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f].
[name_f][/name_f]We pronounce [name_f]Pomeline[/name_f] with an een at the end like [name_f]Queen[/name_f] and [name_m]Valentine[/name_m] with an ine on the end like line

I like the idea in theory, but I definitely prefer [name_m]Valentine[/name_m] ‘Lenny’ as a brother for [name_m]Casper[/name_m] rather than a sister.

[name_f]Valentina[/name_f] ‘Leni’ complements sisters a lot better. The last three letters are the same but they’re still distinct names with more differences than similarities. In the context of a large family as well as regular nickname use, it feels inconsequential.

The main issue either way is that your child may choose to go by [name_m]Val[/name_m] when they’re older. Since it’s an intuitive nickname, they may also be nicknamed [name_m]Val[/name_m] by others. So it depends how much that would bother you.

Very pretty. I love [name_m]Valentine[/name_m] for both genders, but totally agree about the nn [name_m]Val[/name_m]. [name_f]Leni[/name_f] is very cute, but I think you’d have to call her that consistently to get others on board, as it’s not as intuitive as [name_m]Val[/name_m]. I also love [name_f]Vali[/name_f] / [name_f]Valley[/name_f]

[name_m]Valentine[/name_m] “Leni” is stunning, and perfect with your girls’ names!

[name_m]Valentine[/name_m] is beautiful, and I adore the nn [name_f]Leni[/name_f]! [name_f][/name_f] So cute with your older three. [name_f][/name_f] I do prefer the een sounding ending to the tine one, and since your older two have -een near the end of their names anyway, I think teen, tine, or [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] would all work equally well. [name_f][/name_f] I think [name_f]Valencia[/name_f] nn [name_f]Leni[/name_f] would also work great if you want the tie to Valentine’s [name_f]Day[/name_f] but want to avoid another een name?

[name_f][/name_f]

Good luck!
