As a Mom-[name_u]Baby[/name_u] nurse, there aren’t many names I come across that I haven’t heard, but recently met Vanderley [name_m]Atticus[/name_m]! Mom and Dad said it’s a family name for them, but I immediately saw the potential for use of this name even without an honor connection.
What do you think of Vanderley?
Vanderley reminds me both of popular names like [name_m]Xander[/name_m]/[name_m]Alexander[/name_m] and more “pretentious” names. Interesting
I’m sure I’d get over it if met a Vanderlay. But I just think of someone with a bad accent doing a [name_m]George[/name_m] Costanza impression. [name_m]Art[/name_m] Vandalay, Vandalay Enterprises.
I agree with the pretentious feeling. It sounds and looks very similar to the university in [name_u]Tennessee[/name_u], Vanderbilt.
