What a pretty name! I actually know a girl who spells it [name_f]Vada[/name_f], so I like that, but of your two choices I prefer [name_f]Veda[/name_f]
I actually like Veada. I’d pronounce [name_f]Veda[/name_f] Veh-da so I prefer the other spelling. There’s also Veyda, or Vayda, or [name_f]Vada[/name_f].
This is such a lovely name regardless of spelling. I’ve only seen it spelled [name_f]Vada[/name_f], so I prefer that spelling.
