Six months later I am pleased to tell you about my new baby
[name_f]Aurora[/name_f] [name_m]Luc[/name_m]ía
She was born last december after an easy labor and scary delivery and we’re so happy to have her. She’s determined, adventurous, loving and loves tickles.
I was between [name_f]Casia[/name_f] [name_f]Elena[/name_f] and [name_f]Bianca[/name_f] [name_f]Lucia[/name_f], both honoring our granmas. I finally chose the former but my husband was still pushing for [name_f]Bianca[/name_f] and my family did not like it at all. [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] came as a compromise that nobody fully liked and I’m having name regrets over it. My partner loves it and his grandma too, at least and everyone is happy about the middle name. Here [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] is not as common as in the US but it’s growing in popularity and I wanted something more special.
I think it’s a great name. [name_f]Lucia[/name_f] adds some flair to [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and I like that both have meanings relating to light, but are also established names. I hope it grows on you!
Congratulations on the birth of your gorgeous Girl, [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] [name_m]Luc[/name_m]ía, I think her Name is GLORIOUS!!! I hope you fall in love soon too!
Oh, her name sounds magical! So pretty… light of the dawn. My daughter is [name_f]Aurora[/name_f], too. We call her [name_u]Rory[/name_u] about half the time; I love how [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] is so feminine and ethereal but [name_u]Rory[/name_u] is tomboyish and friendly. I hope you fall in love with your daughter’s name as well!
