Ditto [name]Linus[/name]. We are constantly complimented on his name, its easy to spell, easy to say, ages well etc.
I voted for [name]Lionel[/name], but I love, love, love [name]Louie[/name] and [name]Huxley[/name] too. Honestly, you can’t go wrong. I love the suggestion of [name]Linus[/name] and [name]Wallace[/name] also.

I’m really in love with the name [name]Huxley[/name] at the moment, so it got my vote, but [name]Ellis[/name] is also lovely. [name]Louie[/name] is great but (where I am at least) becoming quite popular, which may not bother you at all, I just mention it as it bothers some. I like some of the suggestions others have made, particularly [name]Albert[/name] (love the nn [name]Bertie[/name]), [name]Sterling[/name] and [name]Wesley[/name]. [name]One[/name] that I don’t think anyone else has mentioned, and that fits your taste well I think (except for the missing ‘l’) is [name]Rupert[/name]. But you have a wonderful list - I’m sure you’ll find the perfect name!
Thanks everyone for the comments and suggestions. [name]Lionel[/name] is my top pick, but my husband is having a hard time getting past the [name]Lionel[/name] [name]Ritchie[/name] association. I think he may come around eventually, especially if I tell him he can call the baby [name]Leo[/name]. I think [name]Ellis[/name] is fine, but it doesn’t wow me. And I have a niece named [name]Ella[/name]…which is just too similar, I think.

It was a tough call for me between [name]Lionel[/name] and [name]Huxley[/name], but I ultimately went with [name]Lionel[/name]. I thought [name]Mischa[/name] had some nice suggestions too. I know a little [name]Walter[/name] and I think it is definitely a great name that is underused. [name]Ansel[/name], [name]Alden[/name] and [name]Linus[/name] are also great!
[name]Just[/name] wanted to say that my first association with [name]Lionel[/name] is not [name]Lionel[/name] [name]Ritchie[/name] but [name]Lionel[/name] trains! Maybe this other association could help convince your DH.
