I think it’s gorgeous! It was on my list for a while. I adore names with Vs in them. [name_f]Viv[/name_f] is a cute nickname. This is also my favorite spelling/variation of the name.

Vivian is a good name. It ages well. And when I see it, I can’t think of anything really negative associated with the name.

Vivian is solid and sophisticated. It isn’t the typical classic name, but it does have a timeless quality that goes from [name_u]Rome[/name_u] to a cool film noir, and finally the present. It’s not a name I would orbit around naturally, but when I think about it, I can only think of positive qualities.

I think [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] is beautiful really sassy and dignified I prefer the nickname [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] I just think it’s sweeter. I honestly love [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and would use this name for my own child if my dog’s name wasn’t [name_u]Vivian[/name_u]. But I think it would be to much having both my greyhound & baby called [name_u]Vivian[/name_u]

Vivian is my favorite spelling and I love the nn [name_f]Viv[/name_f] but also like [name_f]Via[/name_f] as an alternate.

I really like it. It sounds exactly like its meaning – sparky, feisty and full of life. It’s got a vintage charm without feeling at all fusty or lacy, and [name_f]Viv[/name_f] feels quite funky-retro for short at this point.
