How do you feel about this name? Is it one you’d use? Is it too sharp?

It’s one of my favorite names! Especially with this spelling. It’s sharp, strong but sweet and ages well. I don’t think it’s too sharp I adore it so much.
i don’t have a constructive opinion here, but it’s just not my favourite. i quite like vivienne, but vivian just isn’t… pretty to me?? i don’t think there’s anything wrong with it, it just feels kind of dated or heavy or serious, i suppose.
I like [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] - yes, it has sharpness, but I like that - it feels zippy and lively and sleek at the same time
i dislike vivienne. i like both vivien and vivian; i find vivien elegant and sharp, and vivian classic and gothically beautiful.

I think it’s pretty and vintage with a little glamour. However, I would personally use [name_f]Viviana[/name_f] instead because it feels livelier and more intriguing to me. I think [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] has just the right amount of sharp!
I know a little [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and I think it wears really well on a real person. Such a fun name!
I actually prefer this spelling to most others because it’s simple and sleek. It’s a bit sharp but I think that adds a little bit of spark to it. Great choice, love it!

[name_m]Sharp[/name_m] is a nice term to describe it! It really is a strong, bold name and I’m attracted to that. [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] is opulent and elegant and I quite like it too, but [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] has this classic and lively strength to it that I’m really attracted to.
I agree with @Youssarian , the [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] spelling is quite nice! I’m not as in love with [name_u]Vivian[/name_u]

Gosh she’s gorgeous such a sophisticated, smart, tailored, strong, elegant choice and I love the nickname [name_f]Vivi[/name_f]. I think [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] works wonders with your other kiddos names and [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] [name_f]Diana[/name_f] is beyond elegant. [name_u]Wonderful[/name_u] name

i absolutely love vivian! the nicknames viv and vivi are so lovely 
[name_u]Vivian[/name_u] is such a lovely name! It’s warm and cozy, strong and sleek. It’s very visually pleasing as well. Would be quite high in my list if not for the popularity.
I want to like it - but it’s too harsh for me - I start with [name_u]French[/name_u] cutie but end up at [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] from the [name_m]Young[/name_m] Ones; and razor blades and shaving.
I like it . I also like it spelled [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] because it is simple and classic but also the common spelling. I have a name with the less common spelling and it means I have to spell it out quite often. Sometimes it still gets spelled wrong.
I prefer [name_u]Vivien[/name_u] myself. I like sharp names. Better than a mass of vowels. [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite name in this group is [name_f]Viveca[/name_f].
I don’t like [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] or any enne ending names. They all sound like carrots julienne to me.
