We have only a week left until baby girl is supposed to arrive and still can’t decide between [name]Vivian[/name], [name]Zoe[/name] and [name]Beatrice[/name]. Then I came across the name [name]Viviette[/name]. [name]Do[/name] you like it? Does it sound made up? Which is best: [name]Viviette[/name], Vivette or [name]Vivian[/name]? Thanks Berries!
Of your list I love [name]Zoe[/name], then [name]Vivian[/name] then [name]Beatrice[/name]. Of your new finds I actually like [name]Viviette[/name], I think it is pretty, but I am not sure I would like it better than [name]Vivian[/name] or even [name]Viviana[/name](one of my favorites right now.) I think [name]Zoe[/name] [name]Viviette[/name] would be a lovely choice or even [name]Zoe[/name] [name]Beatrice[/name]! Good luck!
I like [name]Vivian[/name], [name]Viviette[/name], and Vivette, but I think I like Vivette best because it is short and sweet, spunky and unique!
[name]Viviana[/name] is my favourite -viv- name.
Vivette flows better, but [name]Viviette[/name] seems more ‘correct’. I would probably choose [name]Beatrice[/name] instead just to avoid the dilemma, since [name]Zoe[/name] would be too popular for me. I greatly prefer Vivette and [name]Viviette[/name] to [name]Vivian[/name], I always though [name]Vivian[/name] was a little dull or mellow like so many of the popular names these days. ([name]Lila[/name], [name]Evelyn[/name], [name]Ava[/name], [name]Mia[/name], [name]Emma[/name], [name]Lillian[/name], [name]Hannah[/name], [name]Amelia[/name], [name]Layla[/name], [name]Leah[/name], [name]Olivia[/name]…)
I adore [name]Vevina[/name], though. And [name]Vianne[/name]. I would use those in a heartbeat! They’re just unusual enough for me to not seem too mellow ^^
I like [name]Viviette[/name] if pn vee-vee-at. A like e in egg.
I live in a french community and I have never actually met anybody named [name]Viviette[/name]/Vivette, nor have I ever heard those names before. It honestly sounds a little too made up to me. It is not that bad though if you really like it. I prefer [name]Vivian[/name].
I love [name]Vivian[/name] ([name]Vivien[/name] even more). I’ve never heard Vivette before, it sounds nice though. I think [name]Zoe[/name] & [name]Beatrice[/name] are fantastic names as well!
I had never really looked at alternatives to [name]Vivian[/name] before. [name]Vivian[/name] is nms. (Probably because I knew a girl in HS who biased to toward the name.) So I was really intrigued by [name]Viviette[/name] and Vivette. I haven’t been able to find Vivette anywhere and thus would suggest using [name]Viviette[/name] instead. I tend to prefer spellings that have existed in the past or exist in a different culture.
I really [name]LOVE[/name] @libbyj06’s suggestion of [name]Zoe[/name] [name]Viviette[/name] or [name]Viviette[/name] [name]Zoe[/name]. The names combine great class and spunk and would be a great name for your daughter to grow into.
Wishing you all the best for the BIG day!
I like [name]Vivian[/name] the best. The others sound a little too made up, although I do love names ending in “ette”. There are definitely names that sound way more made up than Vivette or [name]Viviette[/name]. If you love it, then go with it. Of those two I prefer [name]Viviette[/name], as it seems to flow a little better.
Sorry, I don’t like it, long bow, but it reminds me of serviette.
[name]Zoe[/name], [name]Beatrice[/name] and [name]Vivian[/name] are all lovely choices.
I prefer [name]Vivian[/name].
I also like the name [name]Villette[/name].
I sometimes like names that end in ette, but this name feels very french maid to me like the name [name]Yvette[/name]. It is by far not the worst name, but I prefer [name]Vivian[/name]. It can be cute though.
I also really like [name]Beatrice[/name] on your short list.
[name]Vivian[/name]! So cute! Not as prissy as beatrice or as common as zoe! but i love all three…
