Done. I voted for [name_u]Jasper[/name_u] but I love [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] just as much. They’re both such ‘cool’ names. I don’t quite know what I mean by that, but they’re just the perfect fusion of vintage and contemporary. They’re both high on my list.

i think all of your names are great, i feel like i don’t have any criticism other than personal preference. coming down to it, it’ll be all about how you love the sound, meaning and popularity of the names, you can’t go wrong with any of them.
I love [name_u]Jasper[/name_u], [name_m]Peter[/name_m], [name_m]Theodore[/name_m], [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] and [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]. I have all of them on my own list one way or another. If I had to chose one of these name for a first name, I’d probably used [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]. It has so many nicknames posibilities…
Augustus is too much for me, but I do really like [name_u]August[/name_u] and I think [name_m]Augustus[/name_m] would make a great middle name. [name_u]Rhys[/name_u] is just not my style, but it’s a nice name and something like [name_u]Rhys[/name_u] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] would be very handsome.
Tobias is kind of a GP for me. I think [name_u]Toby[/name_u] is the cutest nickname, but [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] sounds like an old man name (to me).
I’m ok with [name_m]Roman[/name_m], I much prefer [name_u]Rowan[/name_u]. But [name_m]Roman[/name_m] is quite elegant, a bit quirky and easy to remember.
Wells is really cool, althought I’d use it as a nickname for either [name_u]Maxwell[/name_u] or even [name_m]William[/name_m].
Hugo gets my vote because I’m currently obsessed with it myself. 
But I adore [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]! And [name_u]Jasper[/name_u], [name_m]Peter[/name_m], and [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] are also fantastic.

I went with [name_m]Peter[/name_m], but [name_u]Jasper[/name_u] and [name_m]Augustus[/name_m] were rather close.

Here are my rankings for the boys:
Theodore-This is just lovable. Kind of reminds you of a teddy bear (maybe because of the nn [name_u]Teddy[/name_u]), but a kind & sophisticated one! So many great nn options too. I like [name_u]Teddy[/name_u], [name_u]Theo[/name_u], [name_m]Thatch[/name_m] or Thax. [name_m]Tad[/name_m] or [name_m]Thad[/name_m] are also interesting. [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] is getting fairly common if that bothers you.
Peter-This almost got my vote, just because it’s a little bit less expected than [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]. At least in my neck of the woods. It’s a handsome classic. I don’t care for [name_m]Pete[/name_m], but the nns Patch & [name_u]Pip[/name_u] are adorable.
Alexander-Another nice handsome classic. [name_m]Just[/name_m] very popular, but for a good reason. [name_u]Alex[/name_u] & [name_m]Ace[/name_m] are cute nns. I really love the nn [name_m]Dex[/name_m].
Augustus-I prefer the simpler [name_u]August[/name_u], but this is kind of different & still handsome. Plus, [name_m]Augie[/name_m] & [name_u]Gus[/name_u] are adorable nn options.
Rhys-I’m so glad that you spelled it this way. I don’t love it, but I like it. It’s not a bad name, & very manly in my opinion despite being used for girls a bunch.
Tobias-This is a name that I really should like, but just can’t get into it for some reason. I feel like [name_u]Toby[/name_u] sounds sort of like dopey.
Hugo-Meh, it’s okay. I liked it a lot for a minute, but it just sounds a little goofy to me.
Jasper-For some reason this always reminds me of the word jester, which is a silly association.
Wells-It’s not awful, just doesn’t sound that name-y to me.
Roman-This is also a fine name, but I just don’t care for it. It seems kind of dark.
