I’ve always loved [name_m]Adrian[/name_m]! It’s got both a playfulness and a seriousness, and I’ve always just thought it was such an interesting name.

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.

I voted for [name_m]Adrian[/name_m]. It’s the most unexpected from your list. It’s handsome and a little bit artsy. But also strong and bold.

I like [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], but [name_m]Archer[/name_m] nn [name_m]Archie[/name_m] would make more sense. [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] is a getting a little over done.

[name_m]Lars[/name_m] and [name_m]Graham[/name_m] are just a little bland to me. Neither are terrible names. I think I’d prefer [name_m]Lars[/name_m] as a nn for something though.

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps.

I voted [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] but I’m biased as it’s the name me and my partner have agreed on if we ever have a boy.

I was attracted to it’s meaning ([name_m]Bear[/name_m] [name_m]King[/name_m] - super cool) and association with legend ([name_m]King[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m]). I feel like [name_m]Archie[/name_m] might be stretch as a nickname but if you stick with it from the start then it’ll probably be fine.

My second favourite would be [name_m]Adrian[/name_m] - I remember liking this a lot when I first heard it and I work for quite a high-end company with a lot of directors with this name so it feels like it has that success factor!

[name_m]Graham[/name_m] would be my least favourite - it feels a bit middle-aged to me, I have friends who have dads with this name, but that means that it could be the next BIG name in 40-50 years (if following the 100-year rule)!

My vote went to [name_m]Adrian[/name_m]. [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] is nice too, and [name_m]Lars[/name_m] I don’t mind but I would prefer it in the middle. [name_m]Graham[/name_m] I just find incredibly dated.

I voted [name_m]Lars[/name_m] but honestly they’re all great names. They all have very different vibes to me though so I’d go with the one that feels most natural to you. Good luck, whichever you chose, he’ll have a handsome name.

Thanks so much for all the votes, this is helping us tremendously!

I voted for [name_m]Lars[/name_m], but it seems harder to pair with last names than some of the others. [name_m]Adrian[/name_m] can go with almost anything.

I voted [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], but I almost didn’t because I think the nickname “[name_m]Archie[/name_m]” is a bit of a stretch. [name_m]Artie[/name_m] would be a more appropriate nickname. But still love [name_m]Arthur[/name_m]!

I voted for [name_m]Graham[/name_m]! I know that people in the UK say it’s dated, but I think it’s fresh and classic in the US. I’ve only ever known one [name_m]Graham[/name_m] and he wore it well.

[name_m]Arthur[/name_m] would be my second pick. I love the legend connection and it has such a cool meaning. I predict that [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] and [name_m]Archie[/name_m] will both rise in popularity a lot in the next couple of years, so that’s something to consider.

[name_m]Lars[/name_m] feels extremely try-hard to me, unless you live in a Scandi country? Although you said these were family names, so I suppose it could work.

[name_m]Adrian[/name_m] is fine, just not my style. It seems kind of grand for a little boy. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you have any nickname possibilities for it? That would probably influence my opinion.

I couldn’t choose, so I will just leave you some feedback:

[name_m]Arthur[/name_m] - I love the meaning of this and the fact that it’s a stunning mythological / literary name that still manages to feel classic and wearable. This name occupies the same space as [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] in my mind, something sweet, soft, and dreamy, but with a core of strength. I’m not keen on the nickname [name_m]Archie[/name_m], but it is seeing an uptick in wearability with the surge in popularity of the CW show Riverdale.

[name_m]Lars[/name_m] - A year ago, I would have found this name odd or boring, but the [name_m]Steven[/name_m] Universe character really elevated [name_m]Lars[/name_m] and brought him to life for me! I find him sweet and endearing, strong and sturdy but also gallant and adventurous.

[name_m]Adrian[/name_m] - I’m always torn on this name, probably because I’ve known some shady Adrians. It has all the elements I usually love in a name - a strong sound, open vowels, the -ian ending, a great meaning, and various literary / TV characters to embody its qualities - but I don’t love it. I’m not sure why.

[name_m]Graham[/name_m] - Like [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], this name is gentle, dreamy, and chivalrous, with a sort of gallant, quiet strength. Another name that manages to be classic and unusual at the same time! The one downside is the graham cracker, but people like [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] [name_m]Graham[/name_m] [name_u]Bell[/name_u] and the Scottish Clan [name_m]Graham[/name_m] balance out that pesky association.

You have four beautiful choices here! I think you could even combine them if you wanted - [name_m]Adrian[/name_m] [name_m]Lars[/name_m] and [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] [name_m]Graham[/name_m] make for excellent combos!
