Out of your choices I’d go with Kalyna. The Callyna spelling makes me want to pronounce the ‘call’ like ‘Callie’ and not ‘kuh’

I’d go for a double n spelling if you want “cal-Lynn-a” instead of Ca-leena”. I think Calynna looks best.
