[name_m]Hi[/name_m] all! Naming our daughter [name_f]Liv[/name_f] and want to be able to call her [name_f]Livy[/name_f]/Livie as a nickname. What do you think is the best spelling? Her full name is [name_f]Liv[/name_f] so want to make sure I’m not using a version that is short for [name_f]Olivia[/name_f].
- [name_f]Livy[/name_f]
-[name_f]Livie[/name_f]
-Livi
- any others??
Thank you!
I think maybe [name_f]Livy[/name_f] works best since all the I’s in [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] make the other ones seem like they would be directly from [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] but I think all would work since her name is just [name_f]Liv[/name_f]. It would be intuitive
[name_f]Livie[/name_f] would be my choice!
Livie or [name_f]Livy[/name_f]. The only thing with [name_f]Livy[/name_f] is that it makes me think of the [name_m]Roman[/name_m] historian.
Livie would be my personal choice!
I like Livi best, but they are all nice.
I lily [name_f]Livy[/name_f], or maybe even [name_f]Livvy[/name_f]?
What about [name_f]Livvy[/name_f]??? with two Vs?
I actually prefer [name_f]Livvy[/name_f], but [name_f]Livy[/name_f] is my favourite from your options.
I like [name_f]Livie[/name_f]
