I wonder if it’s because of the language/culture? they speak Portuguese in Cabo [name_f]Verde[/name_f] and it’s common for players from Portugal and [name_m]Brazil[/name_m] to use nicknames!
I did a double take after typing it because I wasn’t convinced right away that I hadn’t just typed anesthesia
