Yeah, mine was somewhere in the middle! I’ve only met a handful of other girls name [name_f]Megan[/name_f].

[name_f]My[/name_f] name has been in the top 1000 since forever. It was number 4 the year I was born. There was always a few in my grade. I hated it. I go by my middle name now [name_f]Regina[/name_f] which is less popular but more recognizable. It’s pronounced with a hard g because it was my great grandmother’s middle name and that’s how she pronounced it.
All of my kids have unusual names for this reason and they all like their names so far.
my name isn’t exactly super common in my area i’ve only met a couple other kids with my name. however it has ranked in the top 200 ever since i was born so i guess you could say it’s common.
but i will say, i have met a ton of dogs (and one hamster) with my name

Uncommon, as in it had recently had a burst of use but when I was named other families in my area were finding it really dated! I was the only one in both primary schools I attended and secondary (elementary, middle and high school). [name_f]My[/name_f] name is also a common nickname for a popular name of the time, so all in all not common but very familiar.
