Ways to get “Birdie”

[name_u]Love[/name_u] the nickname [name_f]Birdie[/name_f], but looking for longer, more substantial names that can be carried well through adulthood with nickname [name_f]Birdie[/name_f]…

I originally thought we could use [name_u]Byrd[/name_u] in the middle and get [name_f]Byrdie[/name_f] that way, but someone beat us to it

I’d love to hear your suggestions!

I love [name_f]Birdie[/name_f] as a nickname. It could also work as a full first name option.

[name_f]Bernadette[/name_f]/ Bernadene

I love [name_f]Birdie[/name_f] too. What about:

[name_f]Bridget[/name_f] or [name_f]Brighid[/name_f]
[name_f]Birgitte[/name_f] or [name_f]Brigitta[/name_f]

Or bird-related names like:

I love the suggestions of [name_f]Bernadette[/name_f] and [name_f]Bridget[/name_f]. I know an [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] who goes by [name_f]Birdie[/name_f] and to my ear, it fits right in with the other [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] nicknames.

I really like [name_f]Bernadette[/name_f] and [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] for full names to [name_f]Birdie[/name_f]. It’d also be nice as a previous poster suggested with an actual bird name or something bird related and use [name_f]Birdie[/name_f] as a nn

I adore [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] nn [name_f]Birdie[/name_f]!

Alternatively you could use a bird-name in the middle spot like [name_u]Dove[/name_u] or [name_u]Wren[/name_u].

[name_f]Brigitta[/name_f] is the only name I can think of! My favourite suggestions are [name_f]Bryony[/name_f], [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Bernadette[/name_f].
