Ways to get Vivi - middle names

Hello again berries!

After months of arguments over female names, me and my SO have finally found a perfect name for our baby: Villemo. It would honor a little girl we’ve met recently at the hospital. She is suffering from leukemia, but she is so full of life! She is beautiful, joyful and attracks attention and admiration wherever she goes. Our families have been struggling with similar difficulties and we got so mamy good words from her and her family.

However, now we are looking for a middle name. We would love to get the [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] nickname, so perhaps something with V at the beginning? Villemo [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]? Or is Villemo enough to call a baby [name_f]Vi[/name_f]/ [name_f]Vivi[/name_f]?

Although we love outdoorsy names (our kids are [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_m]Wilder[/name_m] [name_u]James[/name_u]) we were also considering Villemo [name_f]Eilidh[/name_f] to honor another important person, but we are not sure…

Could you suggest us some middle names?

Oooh I love your children names!! Personally I think you could just get the nickname [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] from Villemo (which is a beautiful name btw). Growing up one of my friends was called [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] and we called her [name_f]Vivi[/name_f].

Here are some other V middle name ideas:

[name_u]Vivian[/name_u]/[name_f]Vivianne[/name_f]/[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]
[name_f]Violet[/name_f]
[name_f]Viola[/name_f]
[name_f]Virginia[/name_f]
[name_f]Viviana[/name_f]
[name_f]Viveca[/name_f]
[name_f]Vianne[/name_f]
[name_u]Vida[/name_u] (I think this is lovely because it means life)
[name_f]Vienna[/name_f]

Other middle name suggestions:

Villemo [name_f]Mae[/name_f]
Villemo [name_f]Flora[/name_f]
Villemo [name_f]Pearl[/name_f]
Villemo [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f]
Villemo [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]
Villemo [name_f]Elora[/name_f]
Villemo [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f]
Villemo Talulah
Villemo [name_f]Joy[/name_f]

Good luck!!

I think Villemo is perfectly acceptable for the nickname [name_f]Vivi[/name_f]. If that’s not enough for you, though, you could do a side approach with a name the has “vi” in the middle of it. I used to have a girl in my class named [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] who we called [name_f]Vivi[/name_f], and tbh Villemo [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] sounds pretty nice.

Villemo [name_f]Eilidh[/name_f] is a very nice sounding name, too. You could also use variants like [name_f]Eila[/name_f] or Eili.

If you like nature names though, I suggest checking out this recent thread here (click here!) and checking out some of the names there, since it’s also a decent amount of female nature inspired names and names similar to your other kids. [name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps!

[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], [name_f]Vienna[/name_f]

Thank you for your lovely suggestions, ladies! ”

On it’s own I think it’s great but how about [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]/[name_f]Alivia[/name_f]/[name_f]Livia[/name_f]?

To be honest I don’t like Villemo at all with your kids names, it doesn’t go and it doesn’t sound like a name. [name_f]Eilidh[/name_f] doesn’t go either imo

With [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] and [name_m]Wilder[/name_m] I would love…

[name_f]Annabel[/name_f]
[name_f]Anniston[/name_f]

[name_u]Tatum[/name_u]
[name_f]Vienna[/name_f] “[name_f]Vivi[/name_f]”
[name_u]Vivian[/name_u]/[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] “[name_f]Vivi[/name_f]”
[name_f]Vivia[/name_f] “[name_f]Vivi[/name_f]”
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] “[name_f]Vivi[/name_f]”
[name_u]Waverly[/name_u]
[name_u]Wren[/name_u]
[name_u]Zola[/name_u]
[name_f]Zadie[/name_f]

I think with the middle names [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_u]James[/name_u], which are both one syllable and pretty classic, it would be better to have something more simple than [name_f]Eilidh[/name_f]. For example

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
[name_f]Belle[/name_f]
[name_f]Brynn[/name_f]
[name_u]Blake[/name_u]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]
[name_f]Eve[/name_f]
[name_f]Faith[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_f]Hazel[/name_f]
[name_f]Hope[/name_f]
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f]
[name_u]June[/name_u]
[name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Jade[/name_f]
[name_f]Kate[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]
[name_f]Lily[/name_f]
[name_f]Lola[/name_f]
[name_f]Maeve[/name_f]
[name_f]Mae[/name_f]/[name_f]May[/name_f]
[name_f]Nora[/name_f]
[name_f]Paige[/name_f]
[name_u]Quinn[/name_u]
[name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]
[name_f]Sophie[/name_f]
[name_f]Sadie[/name_f]
[name_f]Violet[/name_f]
[name_f]Zoe[/name_f]

Thank you, I really appreciate your opinion. However, we are pretty much set on the first name. My SO and I are still wondering what middle names we should use, so thank you for your suggestions. I love the names you listed above and many of them were mentioned to my husband but he vetoed them. Villemo is the first name we both seem to like and the first we agreed upon.

Like [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] and [name_m]Wilder[/name_m], Villemo is unisex and theresa literary connection. Moreover, in a way it has an outdoorsy meaning too. And more importantly, it would honor an amazing little girl.

All my suggestions are one syllable to match your other kids middle names

I think Villemo could use [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] nickname regardless of the middle initial. You could potentially use [name_f]Eve[/name_f] though for that second V sound.

Some outdoorsy middles:
[name_f]Fern[/name_f]
[name_u]Lake[/name_u]
[name_f]Lark[/name_f]
[name_u]Rain[/name_u]
[name_f]Snow[/name_f]
[name_u]Wren[/name_u]

Other one-syllable options:
[name_f]Anne[/name_f]
[name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Kate[/name_f]
[name_f]Lux[/name_f]
[name_u]Quinn[/name_u]
