What’s your thoughts on the name Barrington?

Really dashing! It’s preppy, but I think it can be playful with the nn [name_m]Bear[/name_m], [name_u]Barry[/name_u] or [name_m]Bing[/name_m]

I think it’s cute and definitely preppy. I prefer [name_u]Carrington[/name_u] I think, although I do like that Barrington has the nickname option [name_m]Bear[/name_m].

Sorry, not a fan. It’s in line with the trendoid use of surnames for first names but this one is so pretentious to my ears. I would cringe if I met a little Barrington and I I think that any child with this name would simply go by [name_u]Barry[/name_u]. If you like [name_u]Barry[/name_u], why not choose that name?
