[name]Zelda[/name]: I know this is a comic book, but its a cute name, but I don’t know if I love it though… any similar suggestions?

[name]Svetlana[/name]: Reminds me of “light” and “saint”, so I’m quite unsure. I like the sound of it.
[name]Immy[/name]: As a nickname, It’s cute.

[name]Farrah[/name]: I think this is really, really pretty. My favourite from this list.

[name]Svetlana[/name]: I don’t like the “svet” sound. The [name]Lana[/name] part is pretty.

[name]Immy[/name]: Cute nn, and I’m not fond of [name]Imogen[/name] either. The only other name that starts with “Im” I can think of is [name]Imelda[/name]. Which rhymes with [name]Zelda[/name]! So, maybe you’ll like it!

[name]Svetlana[/name] I like, it’s very seductive though.

[name]Farrah[/name]: I think of the late actress [name]Farrah[/name] Fawcett (big hair and teeth). Fawcett’s mother supposedly made up her name. I prefer the Arabic spelling of [name]Farah[/name] which is a real name. It has a pretty sound and it’s not overused.

[name]Svetlana[/name]: This name is Russian not Swedish. It’s exotic but I think the “Svet” part isn’t really that pretty.

My faves from your list are [name]Zelda[/name] and [name]Farrah[/name]… although with the lack of love it’s getting in this thread, I’m wondering if it’s because it’s said FAIR-uh in the US vs. FAR-rah (UK/commonwealth countries)…

FAR-rah-- so much classier sounding. [name]Love[/name] it. And incidentally [name]Mischa[/name], I actually know an Arab/caucasian wearer of this name… and she spells it with a double r, which she prefers. :slight_smile:

[name]Farrah[/name] - will always be ‘Fawcett’, to me. Not a bad thing, and actually kind of a pretty name.

[name]Svetlana[/name]- I’m pretty sure it’s a Russian name, not Swedish. Maybe it’s used in [name]Sweden[/name]? Either way, I don’t care for it. It seems really out of date, or guilty-pleasure-esque.
