Like the title reads, what are your thoughts on [name_f]Georgette[/name_f] being used in 2020? I know a lot of people dislike feminine version of male names, but I quite like them. I especially like [name_f]Georgette[/name_f] bc of the nn options: [name_f]Gigi[/name_f], [name_u]Georgie[/name_u], [name_f]Etta[/name_f], and [name_u]Jett[/name_u]. And mn suggestions are always welcomed.

I think I prefer [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] or [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f].

Oh no it reminds me of [name_u]George[/name_u] [name_m]Jetson[/name_m]! I do like [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] though.

Oh my gosh, I love [name_f]Georgette[/name_f].
I associate it with my [name_u]Nana[/name_u]’s spirited grey cat, the lovely [name_f]Georgette[/name_f] Heyer Regency romances, and an old-fashioned fabric called georgette.
It’s funny - some female versions of male names I love and others I can’t stand.
Josepha for example, does not seem to me a name so much as [name_m]Joseph[/name_m] with an a whereas [name_f]Josephine[/name_f] has a long history as a standalone name.
Benjamina, not feeling the love, but [name_f]Edwina[/name_f] I think is cool.
I like [name_f]Georgette[/name_f] [name_f]Faye[/name_f] or [name_f]Georgette[/name_f] [name_f]Faith[/name_f], something light and airy like that.

I think [name_f]Georgia[/name_f] sounds more lush and rich.
I’ve known a [name_f]Georgette[/name_f], and I never really liked her name. She’s a nice person though!
I like it a lot! I actually like pretty much all [name_u]George[/name_u]- variants for girls, but I absolutely adore the nn [name_f]Etta[/name_f], so this one particularly draws me in.

I kind of like [name_f]Georgette[/name_f]! There’s a character called [name_f]Georgette[/name_f] in my favourite book so that’s selling it to me

Georgette is a fine name. It has [name_u]Jet[/name_u] as a cute nickname! The classic [name_u]Georgie[/name_u] is also an alternative. Of course, it’s nice in full.
I personally prefer [name_f]Georgina[/name_f].
