[name_m]Hugo[/name_m] is a rather new crush of mine–I’ve liked it for a while now, thanks to [name_m]Victor[/name_m] [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] ([name_u]Les[/name_u] Miserables is probably one of my top 5 literary works ever–I love [name_m]French[/name_m] literary fiction, particularly revolving around the [name_m]French[/name_m] Revolution!), and [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] is so international and fun. He’s been one of my mns for [name_m]Declan[/name_m] for years ([name_m]Declan[/name_m] [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]), and I might keep him there, too, but I’m thinking of promoting him to a FN, too.
[name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] was the first combo I thought of–on the one hand, I think I could (and do) [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] him, but on the other hand, I’m not convinced. (Please don’t ask me to unpack that sentence, because I have no clue how to explain it more than that haha! I blame my intuitive INFJ personality!) So I need to hear some more thoughts. WDYT of [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_u]Emerson[/name_u]? If you don’t like him, what would you use instead?
I think [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] is rather cute, definitely on the more modern side, which isn’t a style I tend to go for personally, but [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] definitely works!
I absolutely love [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_u]Emerson[/name_u]! [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] has been on my long list for quite some time, and I recently added [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] to my long list. I also think [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_m]Edison[/name_m] and [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_m]Edmund[/name_m] are wonderful combos, as well!
Thanks, everyone! I think I may keep looking, just to make sure there’s not something else out there I like more, but [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] is definitely high on the list of possibilities.

I like [name_m]Edison[/name_m] okay, and [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_m]Edison[/name_m] is intriguing, but I think I might like [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] a bit more. I’ll give it some thought, though. I like the idea of [name_m]Edmond[/name_m]/[name_m]Edmund[/name_m] because of [name_m]Edmund[/name_m] Pevensie and [name_m]Edmond[/name_m] Dantes, but I don’t love the name in actuality, I don’t think. [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_m]Edmund[/name_m] is a very nice name; it’s just not for me. :))
