I like the name [name_u]Jordan[/name_u] for a girl but is it becoming too out dated?
I quite like [name_u]Jordan[/name_u], and it’s one of the few names that feels truly unisex to me. This spelling peaked for girls in the late 90s in the US and has been steadily dropping since, but it doesn’t feel particularly dated to me.
Interestingly, [name_u]Jordyn[/name_u] didn’t peak until 2010 and is still in the US Top 200 (although it’s been dropping as well). FWIW, I prefer the [name_u]Jordan[/name_u] spelling:)
I like [name_u]Jordan[/name_u] It reminds me of the Great [name_m]Gatsby[/name_m]!
I prefer [name_f]Jordana[/name_f] just because it seems fresher to me.
I love [name_u]Jordan[/name_u] (and Jordana) for a girl! I would find it dated on a boy, but for a girl it still feels modern.
Very cute! The only Jordan’s I know are girls, and I love it on them.
I grew up with a few Jordan’s in school, both boys and girls, so I find it very unisex.
The girl I knew growing up went by [name_u]Jordan[/name_u], [name_u]Jojo[/name_u], and then later [name_u]Jo[/name_u].
I feel like it’s not as popular nowadays, but still being used.
[name_u]Jordan[/name_u] for a girl is so cute! You could call her [name_m]Jordy[/name_m] for short.
[name_u]Jordan[/name_u] is super cute I really like it!
Oh, I love [name_u]Jordan[/name_u] for a girl!
No, I don’t think it’s quite outdated. I haven’t known a lot of Jordans since I was in middle school, but I think it can work for a while. I definitely immediately think of The Great [name_m]Gatsby[/name_m]!
I have had to many bad associates with the name to say anything good about it.
I like [name_u]Jordan[/name_u] for a girl or a boy! It does feel a little 90s/2000s, but I don’t think it’s very dated. I’m always happy to see this name!
