I love [name]Lucy[/name] and want to use [name]Ann[/name] because it is my mothers name. Thoughts?
It’s a perfectly good name. Personally, I have negative associations with [name]Lucy[/name], and [name]Ann[/name] as a middle name seems to draw everything up short. It sort of dowdifies the name, somehow. But that’s just me. It’s not objectively bad at all.

I think it depends on your last name. If you have something simple like [name]Johnson[/name], I think you need to jazz it up a bit. If your last name is Lerwick or Rowsell, then it’s going to be great.
[name]Lucy[/name] [name]Ann[/name] is simple and charming and a lovely name that’d carry a young girl through to adulthood
