What do you think of [name_m]Ronan[/name_m]?
I really like it. That sounds is great to me, same with [name_u]Rohan[/name_u] and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u]. It’s a short enough name that it doesn’t need a nickname but [name_f]Ro[/name_f] or [name_u]Rory[/name_u] are great possibilities.
I like [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] but it’s a bit hard to say for me for some reason.
I like [name_m]Ronan[/name_m]. but admittedly the first thing that came to mind is “isn’t he the bad guy in Guardians of the [name_f]Galaxy[/name_f]”
I like [name_m]Ronan[/name_m], and the meaning is very sweet which is a nice bonus. I can see [name_m]Ronan[/name_m] on both/either a young boy and/or a grown man, so it would certainly age well.
I do love the sound of it…does it flow well with [name_m]Finnegan[/name_m] and [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u]?
[name_m]Ronan[/name_m] is our top choice for a boy at the moment!
I think [name_m]Ronan[/name_m] goes perfectly with [name_m]Finnegan[/name_m] and [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u]. In fact, I actually prefer [name_m]Ronan[/name_m] and [name_m]Finnegan[/name_m] or [name_m]Ronan[/name_m] and [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] over [name_m]Finnegan[/name_m] and [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] because of the different syllables
[name_m]Ronan[/name_m] is a very handsome name, and as already said, I agree that it would age really well.
I love [name_m]Ronan[/name_m]! This was the name we had picked out if my youngest would of been a boy.
I like [name_m]Ronan[/name_m], adore [name_u]Roan[/name_u]/[name_u]Rowan[/name_u].
I love [name_m]Ronan[/name_m]! I vote you get him one of those adorable stuffed baby seals as his first teddy bear.
[name_m]Ronan[/name_m] is very handsome. It feels really strong, maybe because it reminds me of [name_m]Conan[/name_m] (the Barbarian)
I love [name_m]Ronan[/name_m]!
I agree with this!
I love [name_m]Ronan[/name_m], i think it’s such a strong name and the meaning is the cutest thing ever. I can see it on people of all ages, and I love the nickname [name_f]Ro[/name_f]. I also love [name_u]Rowan[/name_u], [name_u]Rohan[/name_u] and [name_m]Roman[/name_m]. All are so cool.
I love [name_m]Ronan[/name_m]! It’s been at the top of my boy list for years, but my husband says it doesn’t go with our last name.
I like it a lot. It is unique and I don’t know anyone by the name. I think it is rugged and think it will age well.
I would have named my son this if we didn’t already have a friend of the family with a [name_m]Ronan[/name_m]. I adore it. Handsome with a bit of spunk, just unique enough without being out there, adorable meaning.
I had been crushing on [name_m]Ronan[/name_m] a while ago! I still like it a lot, and I, too, think the meaning is adorable. I’ve been crushing on [name_u]Rory[/name_u], [name_m]Ronan[/name_m], and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] with regularity, but I think I’ll probably keep just [name_u]Rory[/name_u] and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] at this point. I’ll probably use [name_u]Rory[/name_u] up front, and [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] as a middle for either [name_u]Schuyler[/name_u] or a new crush (I’ve been tossing around [name_m]Atticus[/name_m] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u], [name_m]Josiah[/name_m] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u], and [name_m]Judah[/name_m] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u]). I love [name_m]Ronan[/name_m], too, but not quite as much as the other two at this point. I would love to meet a little [name_m]Ronan[/name_m], though! I think it’s adorable.
Ronan is definitely my new crush so I love that you asked this question. Seems pretty unanimous that it’s a great name and I agree! I love the mythology / history it comes with too and brings to mind the excellent movie “The Secret of Roan Inish”. I also like that it isn’t unisex like Rowan is and also not a word name such as Roman is (though I love the sound of it) which refers to a culture/people/history (can’t quite get past Roman Empire, Roman Catholic, etc).
I’ve vetoed [name_m]Ronan[/name_m] from the movie reference, but instead adopted Rohn and [name_u]Roan[/name_u]. Rohn is a combo of my grandfather ([name_f]Ro[/name_f]bert [name_u]Jo[/name_u]hn) and [name_u]Roan[/name_u] is “little red head” which also happens to run in our family. We’ll likely use it for a first or a middle name.
If you love [name_m]Ronan[/name_m] and can get over the Guardians of the [name_f]Galaxy[/name_f] movie (a great movie btw) I think you should use it!
