I just came across the name [name]Roxanne[/name] with the nickname [name]Roxy[/name] and fell in love with it. What do yo think of the name [name]Roxanne[/name]?
I love [name]Roxanne[/name].
It’s my younger sister’s favorite name. It was the name that always comes up from her when we discuss future baby names. When she was pregnant [name]Audrey[/name] [name]Roxanne[/name] was the top of the list. [name]Even[/name] though she ended up having a boy, I’m completely confident that i have a niece [name]Roxanne[/name] in my future.
I like it. A lot of people don’t though because of The Police song and [name]Roxana[/name] is usually mentioned a lot more but I like the simplicity of [name]Roxanne[/name]. [name]Roxy[/name] is a pretty cute, spunky nn as well.
[name]Roxanne[/name] must be getting more attention on here, because this is the second or third post I have seen on it within the last month. Maybe it is finally shedding it’s Police song image. I am happy because I would love to meet a little girl with the name. 
I love [name]Roxanne[/name] and I think it’s spunky but grounded. I’ve heard the song [name]Roxanne[/name], but honestly, how many people my age or any of the kids 10 under know who the Police are or will listen to that song?
I think it’s fun and spunky and pretty but still could be professional and [name]Roxy[/name] is adorable.
I have a cousin [name]Roxanne[/name] she’s in her late 30’s now. So I’m a little bias when I say it’s a good name.
[name]Roxanne[/name] is great! I think the police song just makes it more special!
[name]Roxanne[/name] is a great underused name. I agree it wasn’t used for awhile because of the song, but I think the younger baby namers are looking past it now. [name]Roxy[/name] is such an awesome nn. I knew a gorgeous [name]Roxy[/name] [name]Reed[/name] in highschool and I always thought she had a cool rockstar/model/actress name.
[name]Roxanne[/name] is quite cool, though I prefer [name]Roxana[/name].
When I see or hear the name [name]Roxanne[/name], I hear,not The Police song, but [name]Phoebe[/name] in Friends singing “[name]Ross[/name] can” in a loud shrill voice. Which makes me laugh…
I like [name]Roxanne[/name] and think the meaning is lovely. [name]Roxy[/name] is a very cute nn!
I thought of this one too because my great grandmother’s name is [name]Roxy[/name] but I got vetoed. I like it though!
