My name is [name]Bre[/name], and I actually had one friend call me Breezy growing up.
The only thing I will say is that it definitely has room to be teased, especially during teenage years. “Easy Breezy” comes to mind. I wouldn’t use this as a first name because to me it lacks substance.
I love Breezy, too. 
I don’t care for [name]Briana[/name], really, but I absolutely love the name [name]Brisa[/name], nn Breezy. I probably wouldn’t use it, but I do love it.
