[name_m]Holden[/name_m] [name_m]Ryker[/name_m]/[name_m]Holden[/name_m] [name_m]Ryker[/name_m] [name_u]Jay[/name_u] <— All of these names have significance to me, just not sure how the flow is with the addition of Jay
Lennox Wilder
Kellan Booker <— This is a super cute alternative to our first choice, Callen Sage and I’m kind of torn between them. It also honors me by using my first and middle name initials.
Breccan Riley
Crew Maverick
Reece Oliver <— Only this spelling of Reece, it would honor a relative.
Grayer Atlas
Beck ____ <— I really need a good middle for Beck! I’d prefer a 3 syllable one, and I’m at a loss.
[name_m]Lennox[/name_m] [name_m]Wilder[/name_m] - I like these two surnames individually but I’m not a fan of two surnames in the same combo. It does flow well.
[name_m]Kellan[/name_m] [name_m]Booker[/name_m] <— Kellan is trendy and Booker sounds like something a policeman says when he’s arresting a woman “book her”. I do prefer Kellan to Callen though.
Breccan Riley - a Celtic pairing that has a vibrant energy.
Crew Maverick - trying too hard to be cool and it just ends up sounding like overkill. Crew is ok but Maverick is terrible.
Reece Oliver - These two blend into each other to become Reeceoliver. Oliver Reece sounds a lot better.
Grayer Atlas - a very old and moldy atlas?
Beck - I’m not a fan of this surname. I find it harsh and unattractive.
[name_m]Holden[/name_m] [name_m]Ryker[/name_m] - I prefer [name_m]Holden[/name_m] [name_m]Ryker[/name_m]. I love [name_m]Holden[/name_m], it is on my log list. I love [name_m]Ryker[/name_m], it’s one of our dogs names, so I do picture it on an animal (actually I just picture my little guy) more so than a person.
[name_m]Lennox[/name_m] [name_m]Wilder[/name_m] - [name_m]Lennox[/name_m] [name_m]Wilder[/name_m] sounds handsome, spunky, and unexpected. I would have not considered putting these two names together but it totally works.
[name_m]Kellan[/name_m] [name_m]Booker[/name_m] - I am not too fond of [name_m]Booker[/name_m] but I do like that this name shares your initials. [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_m]Kellan[/name_m] [name_m]Brooks[/name_m] or [name_m]Kellan[/name_m] [name_m]Bridger[/name_m]?
[name_m]Breccan[/name_m] [name_u]Riley[/name_u] - Although I am not to sure how I feel abut [name_m]Breccan[/name_m], I go back and fourth on this one, I think [name_m]Breccan[/name_m] [name_u]Riley[/name_u] is very handsome.
[name_m]Crew[/name_m] [name_m]Maverick[/name_m] - I love [name_m]Crew[/name_m], as you know. [name_m]Crew[/name_m] [name_m]Maverick[/name_m] sounds very cool (not trying too hard cool). It has a lot of spunk and has a mix of preppy charm and preppy cowboy.
[name_u]Reece[/name_u] [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] - [name_u]Reece[/name_u] [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] is very nice and very handsome. I do prefer the [name_u]Rhys[/name_u] spelling and I feel that spelling would honor a [name_u]Reece[/name_u] also.
Grayer [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] - I love [name_u]Gray[/name_u]. Not sure [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] works with Grayer or [name_u]Gray[/name_u]. [name_m]Grayson[/name_m] [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] works better.
[name_u]Beck[/name_u] - I knew someone with the surname [name_u]Beck[/name_u] but was mostly called [name_u]Beck[/name_u]. I actually like it. [name_u]Beck[/name_u] [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] maybe (although not 3-syllables)?
@lovemysweeties, I have a lot to respond to with your post! I like Grayer over [name_u]Gray[/name_u] and [name_m]Grayson[/name_m], so I’ll just change the middle name. I also love [name_m]Kellan[/name_m] [name_m]Bridger[/name_m]. I wanted to try [name_m]Booker[/name_m] because some celebrity (totally forgot her name) just used the name on her son and I was so intrigued by it. [name_u]Beck[/name_u] [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] is very handsome, too.
I also wanted to tell you that just a few minutes ago, I was bragging to my boyfriend about the combo in your signature [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Azure[/name_f]! [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] is one of our top two girl names and I was telling him we need to find something that has the exact same feel as [name_f]Azure[/name_f] in the middle spot. That combo is PERFECT. I’m applauding you through the internet.
First off… I like [name_m]Holden[/name_m] [name_m]Ryker[/name_m] [name_u]Jay[/name_u] I think it works like that… But if none of your other combos have 3 names could jay be used for another name? [name_m]Just[/name_m] a thought, I’m crazy about things being similar so don’t let that sway you too much…
[name_m]Lennox[/name_m] [name_m]Wilder[/name_m] I like it I think it gives you 2 names that end the middle name with an r so keep that in mind. Nothing wrong with it just pointing it out. [name_m]Wilder[/name_m] is fun and it flows.
[name_m]Kellan[/name_m] [name_m]Booker[/name_m]- kellan isn’t my style but that doesn’t mean I dislike it I just don’t swoon over it booker I like, you might get some book her references here and there but for a middle its unlikely. It flows together nicely. 3rd middle name ending in r. Second first ending in n .
[name_m]Breccan[/name_m] [name_u]Riley[/name_u] - this name is fun. Usually a name like [name_m]Breccan[/name_m] wouldn’t appeal to me but it really flows nicely, 3rd first name ending in n and this middle doesn’t end in r… Again just pointing this stuff out
[name_m]Crew[/name_m] [name_m]Maverick[/name_m] … Hmm… It definitly goes together & sounds cool… But I think … Hmm neither stands out as a first name to me… And they’re both very bold in a style I’m
Not overly fond of . That said… It isn’t a bad name I would be curious about how your surname works out with it. That could be what I’m missing. Sometimes I find a name I love and think Its just because of my last name that it does or doesn’t work.
Greyer [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] - atlas I like… Greyer I have to say I would like as a middle name, like with crew… Its got the -r you seem fond of for middle names and I think the general sound would flow much better between a first and last not so much at the beginning.
[name_u]Reece[/name_u] [name_m]Oliver[/name_m], I like this… Its another -t middle name too… [name_m]Just[/name_m] watch how the soft -eece flows into the [name_m]Ol[/name_m]- I might try [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] & [name_u]Reece[/name_u] Greyer ?
[name_u]Beck[/name_u] is nice, [name_m]Beckett[/name_m] I’ve always liked… I kind of like [name_m]Beckett[/name_m] [name_m]Crew[/name_m] or [name_u]Beck[/name_u] [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]?
All in all its a great start! Keep perfecting and I think it will be how you want it soon.
Aww, thank you. We have debated about [name_f]Azure[/name_f] as a first name. [name_f]Azure[/name_f] brings up so many memories for me. It is all gorgeous oceans, sunny skies, and sandy beaches. [name_f]Azure[/name_f] makes me think vintage charm. As does [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]. [name_f]Emma[/name_f] and [name_f]Millie[/name_f] are family names.
You are more than welcome to use [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Azure[/name_f], I am sure the girls wouldn’t even cross paths and even if they did it would not bother me.
@dinosaursroar I do like names that end in -er, ALOT. The baby’s surname would be a two syllable name that ends with a -sh sound so no conflicts with any of the names, really. If it had to use my surname, I would be very disappointed because it ends in -er. Many of my favorites would be out of the picture! [name_m]Beckett[/name_m] [name_m]Crew[/name_m] is so preppy and handsome and I love it. & as far as [name_m]Holden[/name_m] [name_m]Ryker[/name_m] [name_u]Jay[/name_u], I’m not a HUGE fan of it, but [name_m]Holden[/name_m] and [name_u]Jay[/name_u] are from books I love and [name_m]Ryker[/name_m] is a form of [name_m]Richard[/name_m] which is a family name so I was just trying to incorporate all of them.
@lovemysweeties I’m not sure that I could get the boyfriend on board with it. His style is far more simple than mine. I’m surprised he even liked [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] in the first place! He actually had a baby cousin named [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f], so those names are out. [name_f]My[/name_f] favorite of those choices is [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_u]Juniper[/name_u], but I know he won’t go for [name_u]Juniper[/name_u]. I’ll just have to keep searching for the perfect middle to pair with [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f], and I may even post a thread on it soon.
