I think that [name_u]Hunter[/name_u]-[name_f]Rose[/name_f] goes with [name_u]Bailey[/name_u] and [name_f]Liberty[/name_f]. I’m not too fond of [name_u]Hunter[/name_u] for a girl, but to each their own.
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you plan on using [name_u]Hunter[/name_u]-[name_f]Rose[/name_f] as the full first name?
[name_u]Hunter[/name_u] is a rather violent name to me, which puts me off (and it sounds more of a boys name to me, anyway).
I’m usually not big on the name, but I love [name_u]Piper[/name_u] with your kids, it’s pretty perfect in this sibset
I agree with opheliaflora in that it does sound a little violent and I’m not very fond of the name on a boy or girl. Also [name_u]Piper[/name_u] from your list would go perfectly with your other children’s names. Good luck!
I think if you have a son named [name_u]Bailey[/name_u], which is an andro name, then naming your daughter [name_u]Hunter[/name_u] might be awkward your your son or others, since [name_u]Hunter[/name_u] seems more masculine than [name_u]Bailey[/name_u].
[name_u]Bailey/name_u, [name_f]Liberty/name_f, and: [name_u]Waverly[/name_u], [name_u]Juniper[/name_u], [name_u]Haven[/name_u], [name_u]Carmen[/name_u], [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u], [name_u]Dakota[/name_u], [name_f]Ebony[/name_f], [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], [name_u]Ivory[/name_u], [name_u]Marlow[/name_u], [name_f]Nova[/name_f], [name_u]Paisley[/name_u], [name_u]Quinn[/name_u], [name_u]Quincy[/name_u], [name_u]Raven[/name_u], [name_u]Robin[/name_u], [name_u]Reece[/name_u]… I feel like these names are on the same level as [name_u]Bailey[/name_u] in terms of - none of them are “more masculine/harsher than” [name_u]Bailey[/name_u]. I think it should be a name that will be an andro name with the same vibe as [name_u]Bailey[/name_u], or something obviously feminine.
I wasn’t sure whether [name_u]Hunter[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] was a girl name or a boy name. I mean, [name_f]Rose[/name_f] could be a family name, or it could be a “can this girl name work if it’s a middle” kind of situation. You see things like [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] on girls, so going the other way with [name_u]Hunter[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] on a boy wouldn’t surprise me at all.
Your 2 older children have ‘gender approved’ names that are both a single name 2 syllables for your boy and 3 for your girl, the names utilize a lot of the same letters and end in an ee sound. [name_u]Hunter[/name_u]- [name_f]Rose[/name_f] a double name, adds up to the same length as your daughters and both end differently from your older children, [name_u]Hunter[/name_u] is both a ‘profession’ name and boys name. As a boys name I like it… Though I don’t really like the while hunting idea on a little one… As a girls name paired with a second word name - [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is softer yes but it sounds like a [name_u]Hunter[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as though it were a type of rose or hunting a [name_f]Rose[/name_f] or something like ok and this is the important one… A [name_u]Hunter[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]… Like a [name_u]Hunter[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] up… ? Make sense … Not terrible but a double barrel word name is prone to sounding like something.
I like the names in your signature Espescially [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u] , I think it could be perfect!
Sorry i’d just never heard it put that way before… lol rough day… haha
I spoke to the mr about the name [name_u]Hunter[/name_u] / [name_u]Hunter[/name_u]-rose
He said it was nice… but he does like [name_f]Kairi[/name_f], [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u], etc, but we were trying to move from the eee ending names… but its not seeming very possible lol…
Boys names are [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] however its not an ee ending name… so im not sure if it will end up being a middle name lol…
As pp have said, I don’t love [name_u]Hunter[/name_u] as a name- it seems too tough/violent. I absolutely love the previous suggestions of [name_u]Piper[/name_u] with your children’s names though! Good luck
[name_u]Hunter[/name_u] is NMS but I think the addition of [name_f]Rose[/name_f] softens it a bit. [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] from your sig is a much nicer name in my opinion, and could also be hyphenated as [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u]-[name_f]Rose[/name_f]. [name_u]Piper[/name_u], as others have suggested, is nice too.
If he’s stuck on [name_f]Kairi[/name_f] and [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u] but you’re rethinking the EE-endings, what about [name_f]Katya[/name_f], [name_f]Cassia[/name_f], [name_f]Calista[/name_f], [name_f]Keira[/name_f], [name_f]Cassandra[/name_f], [name_f]Clementine[/name_f], [name_f]Kendra[/name_f], or [name_u]Keeva[/name_u]?
