[name]Hi[/name],
I chose [name]Sophie[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]. I think that [name]Sophia[/name] is more popular than [name]Sophie[/name] and I think that [name]Sophie[/name] is becoming less popular (I could be wrong though). That said I absolutely love the name [name]Sophie[/name] and I think that it flows really well with [name]Elizabeth[/name].

love love love [name]Claire[/name]

I voted for [name]Caroline[/name]!

[name]Sophie[/name]/[name]Sophia[/name] is lovely but yes it really is that popular! Here in the UK [name]Sophie[/name] is the more popular version but I believe in the US it’s [name]Sophia[/name] so maybe if you did pick it (I’m assuming you’re in the US), you should go with [name]Sophie[/name].

[name]Claire[/name]'s a pretty name but a little plain jane to me. I might have picked it but I don’t think it flows well with [name]Elizabeth[/name].

[name]Cecily[/name]'s lovely too and would be my second choice but if your husband doesn’t like it, it’s probably out! Men! :stuck_out_tongue:

So, I voted for [name]Caroline[/name], but really it was a toss up between [name]Caroline[/name] and [name]Claire[/name]. [name]Both[/name] beautiful names, and both flow well with [name]Elizabeth[/name]. Your last name might make a difference, of course . . .
If I really had to decide, I might actually slightly favor the sound of [name]Claire[/name], but [name]Caroline[/name] is just so dignified and next to [name]Elizabeth[/name], it just felt right.

I agree that [name]Sophie[/name] is too popular. But, I also eliminated Sohpie and [name]Cecily[/name] because they both end with that long e sound that I don’t think sounds right up against [name]Elizabeth[/name]. [name]Even[/name] though most people ordinarily would pronounce [name]Elizabeth[/name] with a short e insteaad of a long e most of the time, it just somehow doesn’t work for me.

I voted for [name]Claire[/name], but it was a toss-up for me too, between [name]Claire[/name] and [name]Caroline[/name]!

I love [name]Sophia[/name], but not so much the pairing of [name]Sophia[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] - the vowel sounds are awkward. I love both [name]Caroline[/name] and [name]Claire[/name], but since I actually know someone whose name is [name]Caroline[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name], [name]Claire[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name] sounds more interesting to me. [name]Claire[/name], I think, is an under-appreciated and underused classic name, and I think it sounds perfect! However, I’d leave the decision up to which name sounds best with your last name - [name]Claire[/name] or [name]Caroline[/name]?

[name]Lemon[/name]

I cant pass on an opprotunity to encourage the use of the name [name]Cecily[/name]. It is just too perfect imo  Does your husband like literature? Perhaps watching [name]Oscar[/name] Wildes play “The Importance of Being [name]Earnest[/name]” might sway him. [name]Cecily[/name] is our top girls name. I just love it. [name]Claire[/name] is nice too, but it doesnt quite compare to [name]Cecily[/name]. Would be maybe like [name]Celia[/name] or [name]Cecilia[/name]?
