I had never given the name [name_m]Calvin[/name_m] much thought, then my cousin named her baby boy that about 6 months ago. Now I think it is a great name, cute as a youngster and professional and handsome as an adult. Great choice and congrats!!!

Hubs has a [name_u]Cal[/name_u] Ripkin poster and he thinks a rookie card too, so those will be really fun to frame and put in his future big boy room:)
It also has a little hidden, special connection to my sister who passed - towards the end of her life someone gave her a stuffed tiger and it became her mascot. She was given a few other tigers and before she passed she gave one to each of my kids. [name_m]Calvin[/name_m]&[name_m]Hobbes[/name_m], right? So little [name_u]Cal[/name_u] will have his own special tiger friend too.
Oh good, I’m glad your sister is in there too. Not that it’s any of my concern, but I got attached to [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] for you for that reason, so i’m glad. And I also grew up with the Orioles, so I like the [name_u]Cal[/name_u] Ripkin connection.
