I love [name_f]Mae[/name_f] as a middle name for [name_f]Lily[/name_f]/[name_f]Lilie[/name_f]. It is soft and flowing.
As for the spelling, I prefer [name_f]Lily[/name_f] but think [name_f]Lilie[/name_f] is fine.
I love [name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] and [name_f]Mae[/name_f]! I prefer [name_f]Lily[/name_f] but I like the link to your husband’s heritage with [name_f]Lilie[/name_f].
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Eve[/name_f] is wonderful! With the [name_f]Lilie[/name_f] spelling I prefer [name_f]Lilie[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] or [name_f]Lilie[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]. I also have a lot of [name_m]German[/name_m] heritage so I appreciate the [name_f]Lilie[/name_f] spelling! I like both equally.
I voted for [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Rae[/name_u]. I am SO bored of [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f]/[name_f]Grace[/name_f], if I didn’t know loads of them, I’d have a toss up between the two. [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Rae[/name_u] is refreshing.
Of your choices, I like [name_f]Lily[/name_f]/[name_f]Lilie[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] or [name_f]Lily[/name_f]/[name_f]Lilie[/name_f] [name_u]Blair[/name_u] best. [name_f]Lily[/name_f]/[name_f]Lilie[/name_f] [name_f]Eve[/name_f] runs together a bit too much for my taste.
For spelling, I prefer the more intuitive of wherever you’re living … In my case, the intuitive spelling would be [name_f]Lily[/name_f]. The driving factor of that would be to avoid a lifetime of her correcting people on the spelling.
[name_f]Lilie[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] is precious. It has a nature-y vibe to it, but it’s not too over the top. 
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] is beautiful.
Also like [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u].
Not [name_f]Grace[/name_f] or [name_f]Mae[/name_f], there must be hundreds (if not thousands) of girls named [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] out there, so opt for something a bit different!
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] are beautiful, in that order.
Use [name_f]Lilie[/name_f]! Think of it has a twist on fantastic classic! As for middles; i like [name_f]Mae[/name_f] or [name_f]Eve[/name_f]
I vote [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] or [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Blair[/name_u], both so cute and not overused. I do feel that as nice as the [name_m]German[/name_m] connection is with [name_f]Lilie[/name_f], it might be annoying to have to correct people all the time, because everyone will assume it’s [name_f]Lily[/name_f]. But they are both lovely in my opinion!
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] and [name_f]Mae[/name_f] are used everywhere for middles, so I especially wouldn’t put them with a popular first name. ([name_f]Lily[/name_f]/[name_f]Lilie[/name_f] is lovely by the way!) [name_f]Eve[/name_f] runs into it, and I’m not keen on [name_f]Joy[/name_f].
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Blair[/name_u] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] are gorgeous and my first choices.
I love the unexpected [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Blair[/name_u]! My second choice would be [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u].
