Welcome, Baby Moses!

On [name_u]December[/name_u] 9, 2013 we welcomed our son [name_m]Moses[/name_m] [name_m]Von[/name_m].

We chose [name_m]Moses[/name_m] before we even knew I was pregnant. It is a strong, well known but seldom used biblical name that my husband and I both love!

Before WWII, my husbands family dropped the ‘von’ from their last name as they wanted it to seem less [name_m]German[/name_m]. We wanted to give our son his last name back.

[name_m]Moses[/name_m] was welcomed by his parents and older sister, [name_f]Elinor[/name_f] [name_f]Alyce[/name_f], who loves her little brother so much!

Congratulations on your little bundle!

Congrats to you on the safe arrival of your baby boy, [name_m]Moses[/name_m] [name_m]Von[/name_m]. The combo sounds awesome!

I love the name! Congratulations!
