I actually dislike [name]Drew[/name] Barrymore and didn’t know about her name choice til now. My [name]Olive[/name] was born in [name]August[/name] so I have a month on her. I chose the name [name]Olive[/name] because aside from liking the way it sounds, I like that there is a rich history behind the olive. It is one of the oldest cultivated plants, has significance in multiple cultures and has long been seen as a symbol of peace. So I think of it as sort of a hippy name without being obvious about it.
I agree, it’s a beautiful name all around. Naturey, peaceful and absolutely adorable. You were certainly onto something!
