I’m not a fan of names with strong biblical associations, so [name_m]Fergus[/name_m] has my vote! It isn’t my personal favourite, but nn [name_u]Gus[/name_u] would be adorable.

I wouldn’t use a name as religious as [name_m]Moses[/name_m]. Nothing but respect to you if you’re religious, but if your son turned out not to be he could feel uncomfortable with his name.

I like [name_m]Moses[/name_m]. It’s no more Biblical/religious than something like the uber-popular [name_u]Noah[/name_u], and I really like its gentle yet rugged sound. Solid and unassumingly cool.

[name_m]Moses[/name_m]. [name_u]Love[/name_u] this name. It’s totally underused and underappreciated. It’s a name that has a lot of soul and rock n roll to it while still feeling unique, classic, and not presumptuous.

Can’t you just imagine [name_m]Moses[/name_m] as the drummer in the band? This was my bird’s name, our surname begins with a Z, and it doesn’t work in Iran… otherwise, I’d use this in a heartbeat. [name_u]Mo[/name_u] is such a cute nn.

[name_m]Moses[/name_m] got my vote. It’s strong, and yet has nice gentleness to it; is easily recognisable, but not common. I’m afraid I just have never been able to get on board with [name_m]Fergus[/name_m], which I honestly just find so incredibly dated, heavy and clunky myself.
