[name_m]How[/name_m] do you pronounce [name_m]Wesley[/name_m]?
** So sorry, guys. I was trying to make this simple and just include a poll but somehow messed it up and can’t figure out how to add it.
Basically:
[name_m]Wes[/name_m]-lee (with an “s” sound as in "snake)
Or
Wez-lee
In the states: [name_m]Wes[/name_m]-lee
I’m not sure about anywhere else in the world.

WEZ-lee. Is there another way?
[name_m]Wes[/name_m]-lee for me.
I don’t know. I prefer [name_m]Wes[/name_m]-lee, but it’s so natural to pronounce it Wez-lee…
Wesslee… Though now that you say it I’ve heard both ways. I think people will say whatever you and he say it as.
I’m more comfortable with s sound. The z sound reminds me of [name_u]Leslie[/name_u].
I’ve always said [name_m]Wes[/name_m]-lee, but have heard the pronunciations used interchangeably. Maybe its a regional thing?
WEZ-lee. Never heard it with a soft ‘s’ sound before.

“[name_m]WES[/name_m]-lee” is the way I pronounce the name.
[name_m]Wes[/name_m]-lee seems too pushed to me and Wez-lee is so much easier to say.
I am inconsistent and pronounce it [name_m]BOTH[/name_m] ways
I have always said [name_m]Wes[/name_m] - lee
I’d say Wez-lee, but that’s because the first time I heard it was on The Big Bang [name_m]Theory[/name_m], in reference to [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] Crusher, and they said Wez-lee.
[name_m]Wes[/name_m]-lee. The z sounds so weird to me!
[name_m]Wes[/name_m]-lee. I didn’t know that people pronounced it differently.
I have only ever heard it [name_m]Wess[/name_m]-lee.
